I used Entek to switch to a Ductless system for my home's heating and cooling needs. The guys, Ivo and Tyler, were great. They were professional, friendly and I appreciated that they always remembered to put booties on when they entered the house. Out of the quotes I got, Entek was the most reasonably priced given the fact that I specifically wanted Mitsubishi products. I would highly recommend their services to anybody. Lastly, I was grateful for their responsiveness. Whenever I had a question, call backs and email responses were quick.

Every interaction with Igor has been professional. He is a very careful technician that can get the difficult done with high level of expertise. Tyler and Kraig along with Igor make an unbeatable team. Our new air conditioner works great and the one day installation was more than we expected given the tight fit of the evaporator in the furnace ducting. We contacted Entek to get on a maintenance plan for our home. They quoted us a great price for a twice per year maintenance, so we went ahead and scheduled. They had immediate availability. Jacob and Michael arrived on time and were very thorough with their work. They also answered any and all questions I had along the way, and made some recommendations for the future! Would highly recommend this company, but so far have not had to have them actually repair anything!

I have been a customer for over 25 years and every year I am more please about their customer service than the year before. Jacob not only showed up early but apologized for it. He was very polite, efficient, and soft spoken as he told me all that he was doing. He finished with a handshake and well wishes. Superb is the only thing I can say. Entek recently installed a heat pump system in our home. The crew was very friendly, professional and hard-working. We were amazed at how much respect they had for our home. Many thanks to Dennis, Miguel, Cody and Kraig for a job well done. We are very pleased and highly recommend this company and these guys for all of your heating and AC needs.

We had repairs done by Entek on our mini split system last summer. When they left they had replaced a computer component and topped off the refrigerant. It worked perfectly until this summer when we went to turn on our air-conditioning, and there was no cooling. We reached out to multiple companies and got the first technician out that we could, it ended up being from another company. They let me know that we did indeed have a refrigerant leak. On top of that Entek would have known about this problem because there would be no other reason for them to have to refill the refrigerant. I know that last summer was quite warm, and based on speaking with the technicians they were heavily booked, but due to their negligence and not letting me know of a serious problem they were aware of, this is not a company that I would trust to work with in the future.

Entek was great to deal with. The salesman explained everything including what to expect plus the various options of equipment to be installed. The installers showed up on time on a Saturday and spent the next 7 hours removing and replacing my heat pump and air handler/furnace and replaced the thermostat. They tested the ductwork and the thermostat before cleaning up and leaving. They didn't even take a lunch break! They were very professional and I am greatly impressed with their work. Tested both the heat and cooling in the last few days and everything works perfectly and we noticed the system performs better than the last one. I highly recommend Entek from start to finish.

We had a new heat pump installed by Entek. Our installation guys Ivo and Jack did an exceptional job. They were outstanding and were very professional. They were very friendly and would explain what they were doing and answering all our questions. I will be recommending Entek to all my friends and family.
