Called on Friday morning and Martin came out same day! Our old AC unit wasn’t blowing cold and he had us back and running within an hour. Professional, knowledgeable, reasonably priced. After doing my research I found Jose from Absolute to be more partner than salesman in getting me what I needed at a fair price. Absolute is a real family business with all the brothers here working together on my large system. What I thought was going to be a multi day install project was completed in about 4 hours with two Furnaces and two AC Units and the removal of my old units. The family dynamic made their work look like a ballet with all the performers in synch.

He actually went above and beyond to advise me on necessary home maintenance knowledge as a first time homeowner. Martin from Absolute Heating and Cooling didn’t waste any time to take care of an issue I had with an existing heating unit. He walked me through troubleshooting in the field. I reached a point where his services were needed. I coordinated with the customer a date and time for Martin to show up and make the repairs His follow-through was precise, he made the repair and assured me that I had nothing to worry about, and all systems were go. I WOULD recommend Martin and his family owned business to take care of any of your HVAC needs.

This my second time using Absolute. The first time they installed a zone system to split the basement and main floor ducting. Most recently, I had them install a dual-fuel heat pump / gas system for my parents' house. Both experiences have been awesome and the resulting systems have been flawless. All the guys are no-nonsense and dedicated to just getting to the best solution without trying to upsell unneeded equipment or services. Both of the installs they did for me involved some tricky challenges, but they always had a "can-do" attitude and found solid solutions to make everything work perfectly.

I can't recommend them enough -- they are far above other HVAC companies I have worked with in the past and the only ones I will use going forward.

The gentlemen who came were very nice and considerate and knowledgeable about the installation of my Bosch heat pump and airhandler and got my thermostat programmed to work with my new unit. They did an awesome job installing and cleaned up well - that is they took away all the old units.

I'm out of town but I called and spoke to MartiGTGn Ramirez. He stopped by my house and 2 hours later my AC was repaired. The total bill was under $300- parts and labor.These guys are the absolute very best!

My air conditioning went out and they made it out to me same day, fixed it with a part on his van and my a.c. was back on in 30 minutes. Very polite. I will be recommending them to everyone i know.

Jose promptly gave us a fair estimate and scheduled replacement of our HVAC system very quickly during cold weather. Martine and Francisco did a great job of installation and cleaning up after. We have been warm and comfortable since. I highly recommend this company.
