I am thoroughly impressed by Blairco's service! From start to finish, each person on the Blairco team treated our installation with attention and care for the details. I was grateful that the process of bidding for the job was thorough with Sean taking the time to answer all the questions I had about my options. Payment was flexible and simple. Installation was absolutely wonderful with the team taking great care to explain each part of the installation process. They were thoughtful to not intrude on my work-from-home tasks and left the place spotless at the end of each day. We had a very pleasant experience using Blairco to install our ductless mini split HVAC unit. The team of Hedda and Zimri were polite, efficient, and clean in completing the project. We will continue to use them for our regular maintenance on the unit. The electrical portion was completed by Bullseye who also did a great job.

We initially had Shawn Lowry come to our home to provide an estimate/bid for removal of our 26+ yr-old heat pump and electric furnace/air handler and installation of new, more efficient gear. Shawn was super aware of looking carefully at all aspects required for a good install. Following detailed investigation of the areas of our home where work would take place he effectively explained his thoughts about how we should proceed. Everything made sense in light of Shawn's explanation and recommendations. He recommended upgrading the drywall and floor area of our furnace closet. It made sense to guarantee optimal performance of our new Carrier equipment.

When installation time came around Henry led the crew as all of them showed high aptitude. The old equipment was removed and hauled away. Our new gear was carefully set up and neatly placed. They worked through a super tricky replacement of the line set. Three days completed the scope of work and tidy clean up and making certain we knew the ins and outs of the equipment and Ecobee thermostat. Holdahl Drywall took care of quality sheetrock installation

We've been really comfortable indoors esp. as temps. increase with our new Carrier equipment.

My tech, Will, arrived on time and figured out why my AC wasn't working any more. I was worried that there might be a coolant leak, but Will diagnosed a bad thermostat wire. He got us up and running in a hurry! When I hire a professional, I put a lot of trust in them to do the right thing for me. Blairco has done several services for my family, and they are always forthright, professional, on time and reasonable cost. Five stars, for sure.

It was a genuine pleasure to watch a real craftsman at work!! From the moment Hedda and his son arrived the magic began as he transformed both my old existing furnace and A/C unit into a state of the art thing of beauty! No detail was overlooked or ignored, they were gracious, friendly, and accomodating, explaining every step of the way! They were totally dedicated to our COMPLETE satisfaction. I would rate them higher if I could, well done and thanks guys!

We had a new heat pump installed by Blairco. An issue with the system arose outside of the warranty period. The service team identified the issue and determined it was equipment related and had been a problem since installation, yet challenging to diagnose until later. The service team, including the office staff, were fantastic, getting the heat pump working again, and didn't bill us for the work. We appreciate the honesty and integrity of Blairco.

Those values won us over to begin with a few years ago. When the company we used before for maintenance told us our old system was unrepairable we had a few companies come out for a bid. The Blairco sales person thought the explanation we were given by the other company didn't make sense. He didn't have the proper tools so he had a coworker come take a look. Sure thing, an "unrepairable" system was back up and running in minutes after replacing a small piece of wire, at no charge for the time. They didn't disparage the other company who gave us bad information, just let their knowledge and service speak for itself. We were happy to call Blairco again when we were ready to upgrade. We now are happy to sing the praises of Blairco to anyone we know looking for an HVAC recommendation!

Love this company! Randy is a rock star! He did some troubleshooting on a new thermostat setup, and is very knowledgeable on everything related to a/c and furnaces. Highly recommend their friendly, reliable service!

Our service technician, Zachery Ziemer, was excellent. On time, got the job done, explained areas of concern in ways that I could understand what he found, ways for me to monitor on my own, and a potential future expense that may be needed. He also responded to questions that I had about the lifespan of the HVAC system and how often to change the filters. We look forward to working with Zach, and Blairco, in the future as we have been doing ever since we've owned this house.

The lead technician was extremely knowledgeable and helpful with the installation, ensuring we got the best value for our money. All service was professional, thorough, and neat. The assistant tech did a thorough job as well.

It's February 22, 2023 and we have no heat in our home it's 63 degrees. The snow refuses to stop and close to 8" is on the Ground. The mail isn't being delivered, the garbage isn't being picked up... But Zachary from Blairco is in Superman mode!!! He showed up diagnosed the issue, drove in the snow to pick up a new control board, came back to our home and resolved the issue... Zachary is a dream employee, the type that builds loyalty in customers. My family and I wanted to say THANK YOU Zachary!!!
