Blairco Heating & Air Conditioning

We have been using Blairco since 1995 when they installed our furnaces
in our new home and we just had to replace our air conditioner and our
larger furnace and the service was excellent. From Andrew who sold
the products to us to the two installers Hedda and Shane who were at our
house on the day they promised and the time they said they would
be here. Hedda and Shane had a great sense of humor and were very
professional . When we have to replace our smaller furnace Blairco
will be the only company we call.

Jim did the maintenance on our furnace and did a detailed and thorough job. It was our first time having our furnace maintenanced and we went with Blairco after reading the positive reviews online about this company. They could only schedule me 3 weeks out as they were very busy but I'm not disappointed that I waited. Thank you Jim for your excellent service and making sure my family stays warm this winter by repairing our furnace.

In Nov. of 2008 we had Blairco install a Carrier gas furnace in our home. We were very pleased with their work at the time. Last Nov. there was a problem. Blairco let me know that the part that needed replacing was still under warranty and they promptly fixed it. Needless to say I was very happy with the company and I would highly recommend them.

Jered came out the other week and went over my whole system with me and how everything works then performed some regular maintenance on my units. While he was running some test he was able to hook up a new nest thermostat for the house which wasn’t planned when I had set the appt. Before he left he did a very good job of double checking everything in the house making sure all the different modes were working as intended. Since the jobs been done the house has been able to stay at a great temp even with the heat waves we have had this summer. These guys are great and we will call again for any work in the future.

Michael was great. Very thorough and was willing to spend time to explain the work to me in detail (I love lots of detail). Also provided potential issues that may arise later, how to look out for them and what it might cost to fix, etc. I signed a yearly maintenance agreement on the spot which got me $20 off my service! I always like saving a few bucks! Highly recommend.

The initial appointment started off on the wrong foot when the technician was sent to the wrong address and ended up being 15 minutes late. The technician really seemed like he knows what he is talking about and recovered from the poor start well. It has been over a week and I have still not received a quote when I have receive 2 others in just a day or two. I was initially going to go with Blairco as long as their quote looked good because the technician was much more knowledgeable than the others I met, I unfortunately can't justify doing so after such a sloppy sales process and follow up. Don't even bother calling these guys.

I can't say enough good things about this AWESOME company! The initial installation was done on our heat pump in 2015. It runs AMAZING! Just completed our yearly service. Brandon was very professional, courteous and kind. Before going to a substandard heating and air conditioning company save yourself time and just call Blairco

My HVAC system abruptly stopped working in the height of summer heat. I searched for highly rated HVAC service companies and decided to call Blairco. They were polite and professional and were able to send a technician to my house the next week. My technician was Kurt and he too was very polite and professional. He quickly diagnosed the problem and had my system back up and running in less than an hour. Blairco’s reputation for quality appears to be well deserved.

Brandon was communicative about when he would arrive, what he would be doing for us, and delivered in the timeframe he gave to us. We look forward to a long-term relationship with Blairco and with Brandon. We appreciate having a dedicated service person for our unit. Brandon makes all the difference for us.
