Dennis was very friendly and professional during the quoting and installation. When I had problems with the system, he came to fix them... the first time (refrigerant leak) and the second (wiring). However we continued having issues and he stopped answering my calls. When I eventually has another contractor look at the system, they found some major problems. The wiring between the head units and the outdoor units was all mixed up, and he had done a cowboy job brazing two different sized copper tubes together instead of using a reducer. Very poor workmanship.

I would not recommend anyone use Dennis for HVAC services.

That horrible moment when you realize your contractor has not given you his real address, has not answered his phone in months and has in fact, lost his license. When I first met Dennis, he was such an extraordinarily friendly and accommodating gentleman. He seemed so knowledgeable and helpful. He installed a mini split for my workshop that seemed a marvel at the time and he did it at a very decent rate. However it began to lose efficiency at a very rapid rate and I called and asked him to come out and take a look, Which he did.
Well it never worked properly again and he stopped answering phone calls and basically dropped off the face of the earth. I have probably called him 15 times. Check his reviews, I can see he has done the same thing to other people and when I look at the Better Business Bureau, although he is not listed I see several complaints.
Don’t know what has happened, but it has all the hallmarks of a life meltdown. whether it’s drugs or family disaster, or alien invasion, don’t under any circumstances ever give him any of your business. You will regret it.

LUXAIR installed a system improperly and has refused to answer any calls or texts. They are refusing to even speak to me after I had another dealer verify it is an installation issue. I wish I could give zero stars.

Great works and great price. Dennis is a very nice guy, if he says he will do something he does it. He will never leave you hanging.
