The work was done in my neighbor's home, I was her contact person, but was present at the job site. The install team was exceptional, especially at retrofitting a nearly forty year old system. They were friendly, informative, and efficient. They left everything neat and tidy. What a great team. Thank you so much for a great job and a cool home.

Our early experience wasn't so good, but we subscribe to their service plan which includes a pretty thorough annual inspection and service. This year (2023) our Serviceman, Ken Sullivan, reset the bar for quality service. He was very knowledgeable about our system, took his time to be sure everything was running at optimum efficiency, suggested and installed a couple of options to enhance our air quality, and adjusted our settings to make maximum use of them. He is definitely the best! Thanks Ken.

We had an excellent experience with Miller’s Heating and a new furnace. The installers, Chris and Trevor were very courteous and knowledgeable and patiently helped us set up the remote thermostat control on our phones.Great people to work with and a competitive price for our unit.

Amazing service. They installed a complete heat pump in one day. They did not take any shortcuts. They ran all the lines in the crawl space and left the thermostat in it's original place. And they did not charge extra for restacking. Also I was able to keep my existing furnace.
Another company wanted to charge extra for these services. I am very pleased with the service and with the heat pump. I love all the features of my new Lennox unit.

I hired Miller's Heating and Air to replace my ancient natural gas furnace with an electric heat pump, and it was an excellent experience.

Brian R did a wonderful job explaining what the project would look like, presented me with a couple of options, and kept me updated on the availability of the unit i selected until install day. Install day was a blitz of install and electrical work, and the heat pump was up and running at the end of it.

In full disclosure, i had a quote from another contractor for quite a bit less (albeit with a different heat pump model, possibly lower quality than the Mitsubishi I ended up going with), but ultimately went with Miller's because of how thoroughly the project was explained and details provided.

Note: We're a COVID-conscious household and staff happily wore the K/N95 masks I provided for working inside the home, which was a *huge* relief and much appreciated.

Just purchased a new home and saw a Millers Heating and Air sticker on the furnace. Called to have an inspection/maintenance done on the system. Andrew came to do the service. He took the time to answer my questions, point out different things about my system and did a quick and efficient service. I'm pleased with the outcome and signed up for the yearly maintenance contract.

We installed our unit with Millers and have had them come back to do annual maintenance. They put a lot of time into the process to make sure it was perfect. We had to go a bit longer than a year this last time and it took a little longer but the job was thorough. We could not be more pleased, the tech was professional and personable.
