We received a bid for upgrading electrical in our house to a 200 amp service and rewire the house. PUD didn't have enough power at transformer to do a 200 amp service so we opted for a 100 amp service with rewire expecting a credit to the price. No credit was given. We added extras and expected to pay for them but also was told that we would get a quote for the said extras not just handed a bill. There working hours on job sites seams to be 10:00am to 4:30 pm. With these hours they missed inspectors 3 times so the 3 days we were told it was going to take took 21 days. Not a company I would use in the future.

Very professional and friendly staff. We were kept well informed about times and delivery dates. The installers were very respectful of our property, adapted the new system to our old vents and cleaned up well after removing a sooty 60-year-old oil furnace. The new system is working very well!

Today we had our one year maintenance. Jon did a great job and also explained options for continue services and other services Everyone we have dealt with has been very professional, on time, clean and knowledgeable. The team showed up on time, were very courteous, took care not to dirty my floors going in and out. I am working from home and they were very respectful to ensure they didn't make a lot of noise while I was video conferencing. They got the install completed in one day, showed me how everything worked and made sure I didn't have any questions before they left. I am beyond pleased with the work and professionalism of the Miller's team..they were absolutely amazing and I would highly recommend them to anyone that is in need of heating or air-conditioning work!
