Miller's Heating & Air

Miller’s installed a new heat pump and thermostat at my house last summer replacing a ~15 year old system.

Everything started fine, until I discovered they scratched my car all the way through the primer after insisting it didn’t need to be moved. They DID offer to pay to have it repaired IF I provided multiple quotes to do so.

Then, come January we discovered our thermostat had been programmed incorrectly causing our heating bill - from a brand new, energy efficient heat pump - to TRIPLE. Fortunately, I noticed the energy usage before racking up several months worth of those bills. They came back out and reprogrammed it after I insisted there was a problem and it wasn’t just “seasonal change”.

I’m glad so many people have had wonderful experiences, it just wasn’t ours.

Millers stepped in after another company installed a new Heat Pump and furnace for us and the system had nothing but issues....burned out motors, unsecured lines that vibrated loose, coolant leaks. For 5 years now they have maintained our system with the integrity that a reputable company should. Every tech or installation specialist is polite, friendly and very skilled. We highly recommend them.

The team at Miller is second to none! Having had my entire system replaced, including the electrical panel, this team did a very thorough and complete job! With Brian, my initial contact and salesperson, our experience was a very positive one. From Christopher, Michael and Garrett who came out on the first trip to replace the main system to Justin and Trevor on other trips here, they are the most professional group of workers who bring a wealth of knowledge and experience with them. This entire team exceeded my expectations! If you are looking for a team who is exceptional at what they do, you cannot go wrong with the team and experts at Miller!

Raul did a great job at my house. He arrived on time and spent all the time required to fix my system. He was very good about explaining my system to me and how to do a thorough cleansing on my own. Will definitely continue to use Miller

We just had a new heat pump and heater and electrical panel installed. We are very pleased with the service and work performed by the Miller’s Heating & Air crew. Brian Trenda, the salesman, was professional and knowledgeable. The electrician was very knowledgeable. He was excellent. The heat pump and heater installers, Chris Rusu and Ricky were excellent.

We contacted Miller's Electrical in the middle of the night with a problem and they contacted us first thing in the morning and had a team out that day for diagnostics! Jason found most of our house was wired through one circuit and also found 2 old lights that had been arcing and catching fire and we had no idea!! Mark and Caleb came out the following week to do extensive troubleshooting and repair and were very professional and thorough. They even saved us some money in the end and were honest about every problem they came across and told us what was fine and did not need fixing. If we ever need electrical again, I will be calling Miller!

We had a new heat pump installed and they did a fantastic job. From Brian who gave us the estimate, to Sebastian and his assistant that did the installation, everyone was professional and provided high quality service. Would highly recommend Miller’s Heating & Air.

The Miller's team was great! They were quick, efficient, and respectful. Trevor and Chris were motivated to get the job done and went above and beyond. The electrician Jason was great at explaining everything that was needed on the electrical side, and was great about answering any questions. We will definitely be using Miller for any future heating or cooling needs!

Miller's Heating & Air team showed up on time and they immediately went to work. They ask to confirm where I wanted the AC unit installed and made sure everything was done right. They sealed any outside openings to prevent critters from getting underneath the house. The installation was very clean and professionally done. They tested everything make sure it function perfectly with my self learning nest thermostat. They cleaned up after the install. So excited I even bought a cover to protect the unit during the winter months. Miller's Heating & Air were friendly and courteous answering any questions I had during the install process. I couldn't be happier with the results.

After installing the AC unit back in Oct 19, 2021 Miller's Heating & Air came to clean the ducts system and vents. As before they showed up on time and quickly set out to perform the services required. Thomas the technician was very detailed performing the task. After he was done, he went ahead and did a system leak test make sure everything was functioning perfectly. Can't say enough about these guys awesome work.

We forgot how great this mini split works because miller’s customer service was probably the best part. Everything was installed to our liking and we love the difference our mini split makes for our indoor environment. Highly recommend them.
