More of an inspection and appraisal and then negotiation. I am pleased with agreement reached and will start paying monthly payments to be better prepared for next year.

I was overdue for a service on my ductless heat pump, which I had bought from Miller's. I made an appointment, and on that date they sent a very nice heating/cooling technician, who did a very thorough examination of my system, cleaned and repaired anything that needed it thankfully, it was already in pretty good shape, but she checked everything), and showed me how to replace the remote control batteries, which I hadn't been able to figure out. The technicians arrived on time and completed the install in half a day. They were well trained and competent and informed us of each step. Millers Heating and Air Rocks! I had my AC go out in a middle of a heat wave. My original company who installed this told me that they could see me in about a month. Miller's was on site in a week. The installer was both professional and very knowledgeable. He was quick with the repair and it was very affordable especially compared to the competitions prices. I would recommend Miller's to anyone!
