I had the pleasure of working with Miller's Heating and Air, an outstanding electrical and HVAC company that surpassed all my expectations. Their team arrived punctually and displayed professionalism and expertise throughout the project. They serviced my furnace system and ran new electrical lines to my backyard for water and light features. Their approachable nature made communication effortless, and they were always happy to address any questions I had.

The quality and value of their work were truly exceptional. They showcased a high level of skill and precision in every aspect of the job. Their dedication to customer satisfaction was apparent in their meticulous attention to detail, from the furnace system maintenance to the installation of the backyard electrical lines.

Chad and his young apprentice did a truly fantastic job under some deeply rough circumstances. What originally showed up as a crew of four shrunk to a crew of two a few hours in, as one had to leave due to a prior injury. Not sure what happened to the other one.

That'd normally make me a little skeptical, but Chad and his apprentice worked over 11 hours straight to get my full HVAC system replaced in a single day. They arrived a little after 8AM, and left at 7:30pm, exhausted but having done amazing work.

Throughout the quote process, James was really good about explaining things and working with me to understand what I was purchasing, and I ended up with a very satisfactory conclusion to the deeply unwelcome problem of needing to replace the whole HVAC right at the beginning of summer.

Great job onsite team, but to restate: management should support their crews better when field issues happen. Have some slack in the schedule so that others can help out, rather than asking the crew to violate regulations by overworking.

Just want to give a shout out to Chris Baker who did a fantastic job repairing my HVAC system. The problem was a manufacturing defect in that the mixing valve and wire touched each other causing a short to my system. He troubleshooted the problem fixed it it will file a manufacturing claim. Alberto really represented his company Miller's Heating and Air well and I am very pleased with their quality of work.

The tech, Chris, was very professional and friendly. He remembered me from their last visit and asked if everything from the past job was still working to my satisfaction. He put on his protective shoe coverings, as they always do, which I found to be very respectful. Chris took his time with everything and answered all of my questions without hesitation. He was very knowledgeable and that made me feel comfortable.
My only issue is that it took so long to get this appointment even though it was paid for in 2022. I understand that there was a back up due to weather issues but I felt like since I had already paid that I also should have been a priority. Chris' attention to detail more than made up for it though and I will continue to use Miller in the future.

I purchased a new furnace and air conditioning system from this company a few years ago. I recently sold my home. Prior to listing it, I called Miller Heating and Air to schedule regular maintenance, knowing the buyers would want it serviced prior to closing. I scheduled the maintenance appointment almost a month ago for this Wednesday. Today, Monday, I received a text stating they were cancelling all preventative maintenance because they were too busy servicing people who didn’t have cooling due to the warm temperatures. Not completing this maintenance could cause delays in closing the sale of my home as well as the closing on my new home. I texted my situation to Miller (per their request as they didn’t want me to call them as they were too busy) asking them to honor my appointment and received no response. I called one of their competitors, Sub-Zero Temp Control, who gladly adjusted their schedules to honor the appointment that Miller made with me. Sub Zero knows I am moving and will not be a customer in the future, but still helped me out. I purchase a new HVAC system from Miller a few years back and they could care less about me now as a customer. Once I texted Miller back to tell them I had found someone else to do the work, they then responded to my text, apologizing and stating they were trying to figure out how to help me. 5-stars for Sub Zero Temp Control, 1 Star for Miller Heating and Cooling.

We had them install our system 3 years ago and they still treat us well, they came out and serviced our system where upon they found leak where they then scheduled to come out a fix the issue. We appreciate their work.
