Miller's Heating & Air

I compared a couple of HVAC companies when I learned that my furnace needed to be installed. Josiah at Miller's gave me great information and I felt he was sincere, up front, and thorough. I signed the agreement to have Miller's install our new furnace on a Friday, and the installation took place the following Monday. The installation team were courteous, professional and outstanding. My unique install was a little more difficult and they tackled it without issue. I love our new furnace and am very happy to have a continued relationship for maintenance and care of my HVAC system with Miller's.

We hired Miller's to pull our existing single zone HVAC out of a 1974 two story home. The cost of upgrading to a two zone system with the needed construction (ductwork needed significant modification) and requirement to upgrade our equipment was restrictive. Instead, we went to a combo mini split system using both ducted and ductless units. This had a lot of benefits, including being able to now control the level of heating / cooling in individual rooms. We were also able to remove the dropped ceilings in the basement that hid the previous ductwork and the entire feel of the basement is changed for the better! We are currently in the middle of the install with some components still on order but we have been very very happy with the entire process. The folks today had a ton of work to do pulling out old ductwork and they left everything tidy, were wiping hard floors down etc. We've had great communication throughout. We're all just working as possible with the pandemic product delivery issues. Miller's is installing what it can and the rest is estimated to come next month. Fingers crossed. We chose the Mitsubishi mini splits and are very happy with the system. We used the wall mounted units in another home in CO and they were wonderful. We've upgraded to the recessed ceiling units for this home. They are large, but relatively unobtrusive when recessed in the ceilings. When we finish other aspects of our remodel and paint, they'll be even more so.

For those unfamiliar, I've attached a photo of one installed ductless unit we put in. The visible portions of the ducted system are smaller (those all run off one thermostat). Those have not yet been installed and I'll edit the review to include pix when possible.

Miller's was very responsive over the phone and very easy to get booked. Technician showed up very timely and was very friendly and efficient. Josiah was able to pin point the problem very quickly and confidently. He had to get a new board for our 20 year old furnace, found one, installed and tested in maybe an hour. Phenomenal work! We will definitely use your business in the future!

Aldo was professional and corrected our issue. It was a time consuming repair and I was impressed her took time to advise his next appointment he would be delayed.

I am a GC in California and needed an HVAC contractor when my parents' furnace went out. The team at Miller's was responsive, professional, and I had an excellent experience coordinating the work with them from CA. I was onsite for installation day, and the whole crew (electricians and HVAC workers) worked cleanly and efficiently. They were effective problem solvers when dealing with existing conditions in an old house, as well as when they noticed a defect in the equipment and got replacement equipment to the site in time to complete the install same-day as scheduled. I would work with Miller's again in a heartbeat, and was very glad to have their expert services on this project for my parents.

Had furnace replaced by miller’s and am very happy with the results. Anytime I have a question I call and there’s always someone there to respond or set up an appointment. I would recommend them to friends and family.

The team was great and having electrical in house helped a lot and they discovered a problem with my main - even tho it added a lot of $$$ to the final bill, they were super on top of it, managed a lot with the City and PGE and moved super fast. I’d def work w them again - the HVAC team and the electricians! All the staff are friendly, responsive and take extra time to communicate and check in. 5 ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
