For the past two years, I've used your services for heating and air conditioning repairs and I've been pleased with your work. You always do a fantastic job at fair costs, and you are always available to me if I have any questions. Additionally, your office personnel is very kind and accommodating, which facilitates a smoother process.

I have used Miller's Heating & Air Conditioning to install a full furnace/hvac system, water heater, and a split unit in my home. Both times I have dealt with their salesman who has been on time, responsive, and excellent to deal with. Their technicians arrived at the scheduled time and did excellent work. I couldn't recommend them more.

Arrived on-time. Performed seasonal maintenance to start up the heating system. Advised me of operational status before switching to winter heating. Answered all questions. Great job! See you again in 6 months! Having Anthony out to do the maintenance on my heater today was an absolute pleasure. He was friendly, efficient, and an excellent communicator during the entire process. This is how service is supposed to work!

This isn’t a real company. Take a look at the actual address and you will notice that there is no HVAC company there. They will make it seem they’re a legitimate contractor (they’re not), that your fee for a fake “club” will pay for part of the service, and they will send out a technician who is too unskilled to be hired by a legitimate contractor. The tech won’t be in an actual Miller’s truck but will say the company was so busy that day that they called him in as back-up. The “company” is actually under Premium Home Service, which has hundreds of fake companies like this (all with addresses that are made up) like this that send incompetent individual contractors to do shoddy work. This company isn’t registered in Illinois, but do a search online either through the state or with BBB for Premium Home Service or Best GDR LLC and save yourself the time and cost. If you have an issue, prepare to be passed around a call center of “scheduling agents” in the Philippines who all say they work at Miller’s but obviously don’t . But all the 5 star reviews? Check out the pictures and ask why these people would post these awkward posed photos on Google Reviews and give their other 5 star reviews to other fake contractors also under Premium Home Service that are in other areas not near where they claim to live. They’ll sprinkle in some vague 5 star reviews for restaurants to make it a little less obvious.

NOTE: there are other Millers in the Chicago area - they are legitimate businesses and this review only applies to the one who claims to be on Townline Road.

I called out Miller's Heating & Air Conditioning about getting my AC serviced. The staff were friendly on the phone. I was able to get an appointment the next day. The technician arrived on time and took care of my problem without trying to sell me any additional services. Cost was fair and they are honest and upfront about it - and they even gave me options and suggestions on how to maximize what I was paying for. The whole experience was great. Will definitely use them again.

My air conditioning wasn't working. I called them early in the morning and they dispatched a technician in the afternoon. I've never experienced a quick turn around with Miller's Heating & Air Conditioning. I setup the appointment on the internet, got great service and a follow-up call to make sure everything was working. Superlative!!

One of Miller's Heating & Air Conditioning technicians named David arrived at my home after I placed a service call to modify my furnace dampers. Once here, he instantly went to work on getting the dampers set at the best level. We were very pleased with the job that he did and the recommendations that were made!!
