George who was assigned to us has been looking after our equipment for at least 3 yrs. now. He is pleasant, efficient and has made my wife and I confident that our heating equipment is in the best working order. The service call was scheduled very quickly and Mike showed up right on time. Dunning Heating & Cooling company called ahead to let me know his exact ETA. The unit needed some adjustment. Mike had expertise in all installation and repair facets of the HVAC unit. He was professional and extremely competent. He explained what he was doing, showed me the part that was damaged and offered a simple fix with a recommendation for a replacement part when we were ready in the future. The technician was outstanding. I had a blower motor in my air handling unit give up the ghost and he was able to replace it under warranty in a short amount of time. He also took the time to explain to me how much longer my warranty on the original system was valid for as well as inform me about what to do if there were any future problems. This is the second time he has been out to my house to work on our HVAC systems and he has been great to work with. Highly recommend Dunning Heating & Cooling.
