My technician from Miller's Heating & Air Conditioning was prompt and informative. He was very polite too and I would definitely recommend his services to others. I will hire them again when in need. Kudos guys!!

My experience with this company was outstanding.Our furnace had a problem blowing warm air even since it was very old and tired we decided to go ahead and get a new high efficiency furnace.The price quoted was very reasonable and the installation crew were great. They were punctual and completed the work within reasonable amount of time.They will definitely be receiving a call from me next month for a new AC installation.

These guys were very professional and offered an overall great service. The service technician did a great job and discussed every question or concern I had. Very happy with the service provided and would recommend this company to anyone looking for a maintenance plan or to have work done on their a.c. or furnace. Fabulous!!

I trust the folks at Miller's Heating & Air Conditioning to the job right and to do it in a way that saves money. We called on them to take care of problems with several of our units. They took care of those issues quickly and professionally. I don’t have to worry that they’ll do unnecessary work. Their concern is to take care of all our needs and not to make a fast buck.

I guess I should have read these reviews before I hired them. They seem to have taken a dive in quality. My A/C broke and I called Miller's the next morning. They were able to get out a technician later that afternoon. My wife came home to meet the guy. Apparently, he checked the thermostat. Then he went outside and opened up the outside unit and replaced the capacitor (about 15 minutes of work). He replaced the capacitor without giving my wife an estimate. I can tell you one thing, if I knew he was going to charge $465 for everything, I would have paid him his $100 diagnostic fee and did the work myself.
I called today to complain and the lady answering the phone seemed sympathetic to the situation and said that she would tell the boss and he would get back to me. I got a call later from the tech asking what the problem was. He apologized for not giving an estimate first, but he just figured we wanted to fixed. He then told me that he had given us a discount, and that normally he charges $500-$550 to replace a capacitor. He seemed annoyed by my incredulity that anyone would pay so much for simple procedure. I'm not getting any money back, but I hope people out there will read this message and avoid them.

We had an amazing experience with David. He was friendly, informative and considerate. The technicians that did our install were also very competent and detailed. Their price were really reasonable. Highly recommended.

While I wasn't able to go through with the installation, dealing with the sales rep was very pleasant. He kept in contact and responded quickly. Even though I can't comment on service, there customer service was on point, and that is just as important as the work itself.

Exceptional service from scheduling through follow-up. Martin was prompt and courteous, and took care of the problem professionally. He cleaned up the working area immaculately. Would highly recommend to anyone needing HVAC work, minor or major.

The fastest response I've had for a service request is commendable. They came within an hour of calling and fixed out fan motor and a new heat pump within the same day. They were very friendly and patient, and I'll be calling them again if I need repairs in the future!
