In my opinion, these are the most Friendliest people in the world, fast service & reasonable prices!!

If there is zero , I will give it to them . Really not good customer service . I went their asking for a new ignitor for my furnace , it broke down at night and the house was freezing, I went there first thing in the morning . And told the guy at the front desk what happened with us and the house is freezing I just need new ignitor. I brought the old one with me and showed it to him . The first thing he asked me are you a contractor and if yes , do you have an account with us . I told him yes I work with Hvac contractor but we don't have an account with you . And I am ready to pay cash or credit . He said NO I can't sell you. REALLY !! THIS IS BS . I AM PAYING YOU CASH OR CREDIT AND WE ARE FREEZING IN THE HOUSE . THEY DIDN'T CARE WE ARE FREEZING AND ITS BAD TIMES THOSE DAYS WITH COVID . So I went to G&O in Highland Park and they were so cooperative and they didn't ask me if I have an account or anything he gave it to me with a big smile .
So I recommend don't waste your time and go to Moore to buy anything because they will not sell you anything and they don't care if you are freezing or not .

Good company. All the negative reviews must be home owners who expect the parts counter guy to diagnose their unit for them.

Wish all shops would put an end to these home owners who have no business in a HVAC supplier to begin with.

All online info said they would open on sat at 8, only to find out they were closed. No answer of the phone and after checking. They were infact closed. You only get 1 chance at a first impression. To bad you blew it with no word or signage showing they were closed.

Poor customer service. No attempt to help.
Old gentleman sitting at the parts counter was rude and ignorant. Will never be back!
