Anthony (AKA plumber extraordinaire), replaced my garbage disposal. He was professional, skilled, respectful and genuinely friendly. We carried on a conversation while he was working that put me at ease. In my experience it’s rare when all these qualities come together. Very pleased with the entire experience. Great job Anthony, the garbage disposal is working like a charm!

First Andrew came Monday and diagnosed the problem he was very good and explained what we needed and what American Home Shield would cover. Then he sent Terrance and Nick yesterday. They were outstanding. They thought that they would have to come back to finish a small detail but then we’re able to fix that too I was so impressed with their work and professionalism all three of them. I would certainly use the company again. I’ll have to wait to see how the sump pump works but they assured me it would be fine. Also a mention to the lovely secretary that kept me up to date on their arrival time.

Dane was very professional, quick in his diagnosis. He answered my questions and was very personable. The company was quick in coming to my home and repairing my a/c. I would recommend them

Josh did an excellent job getting the water pressure restored in our bathroom sinks. He was also very knowledgeable about the home warranty process and was able to answer my many questions. Very polite. Would recommend this business.

I recently used Kwik Ser plumbing twice, 1st repair was a replacement of my Water Heater and my 2nd job was replacing a sewer pipe which went through my foundation! Both of my repairs were supervised and completed by Andrew Smith . His knowledge and professionalism was excellent. He answered all my questions and completed jobs to my satisfaction! If you have home warranty, read the reviews before having them on the job. These people will jeopardize the home warranty to get direct business with you. They are the biggest FRAUD in the business.
Never trust these guys. If you have home warranty, these guys will jeopardize your home warranty so that they can get direct business from you. I called them thru my home warranty and they messed up the report. Now my appliance is out of warranty and I will have to look for investing out of my pocket. Never going back to these people and will never recommend their services to any one. FRAUDS!!

Andrew and his teammate dissected what was wrong within literally 45 seconds, then spent the next 40 minutes fixing it/explaining it. ABC on the other hand charged me $500 2 months earlier on an entirely different solution to the same problem…that didnt fix it. They weren’t even looking in the right place.

If you have Home Warranty, stay away from this company. All the five star reviews are fake. They will make a wrong report and your product warranty will be over. I guess they want to get direct business from you and not keep the home warranty in between. Such unethical way of doing business. They came to see my softner and were so nice while talking and explaining, I was impressed. Later they sent a report to home warranty and home warranty said the product is not covered as per the investigation and I have to get it repaired on my own. I will never recommend this company to anyone and will never do business with them again. I should have read the reviews before accepting them from my hime warranty. Every reviewer who had home warranty has gone thru the same pain like me. Looks like they are making their money from insurance company by jeopardizing the product warranty in problem description. Insurance company gets benefitted by not paying the claim.

Kevin was the repair/ service guy that showed up today at our home. As a first time home owner you can feel like you could be taken advantage of and this was not the case at all. Not only was he on time and professional he was very thorough in his job explained how parts that needed service worked and what was causing the inefficiency in our furnace. Why we should replace the parts and proved and showed that they were older and starting to wear and that it would only improve the functionality of our furnace. Didn’t come as pushy dishonest or try to oversell by any means. He even entertained our 6 month old puppy bothering him. We will be using them again in the future!

Outstanding Job by Josh (Technician). Very professional, responsive, and polite. Initially came to identify the issue with the Hot Water heater, worked with his company to order the replacement and was meticulous in his installation and maintaining a clean workspace. Very Thankful for the work he completed today.
