We strongly recommend Oelerich HVAC, we have had them maintain our units for 16 years. Jerry goes above and beyond to answer your questions on the phone and as needed in person, to make sure you’re taken care of. We had to recently replace our Furnace and we are very happy with the price, installation and will continue to have them maintain our units. Nick who installed the product was very efficient, high attention to detail, answered questions and extremely professional.

Our AC went out in the middle of a heat wave on a Saturday night. We called Oelerich HVAC and told them that we could endure the heat over the weekend but even so on Sunday morning the company owner, Jerry Oelerich called and made arrangements to stop by Monday morning. We decided on the unit we wanted but due to Covid and the ongoing heat waves nationwide, there were limited supplies of that model. Jerry and his team called around and found the exact unit we hoped to get. The next day was the hottest of the week and Nick was sent out with the new unit. He worked in the heat all day and that evening we were basking in the cool air. I cannot say enough about how quickly the Oelerich team worked and the concern they showed. They recommended the top rated products and at a reasonable price. Great team! Shout out to Judy on the phones too.

In the past several years, I had them install a new AC and in the past month a new furnace. The Oelerich family and their team are very professional, immediately responsive to any questions and do a great job of clean up. I would not hesitate to recommend them to anyone. Oelerich HVAC installed a new air conditioner for us a week ago. The whole event was exceptional (as we’ve come to experience from this company over the years). They were here within a couple of hours when the old system broke. They had the new system in quickly and efficiently. Judy, who works in the office and who is always pleasant and efficient - prepared a complete package of rebate materials ready for us to send off.
This family owned business treats their customers like friends - showing up, following up. We feel well cared for!

We’ve been doing business with Oelerich since 2005. We’ve always been satisfied with their service. They’ve installed a furnace, water heater and AC unit over the years. It’s a family business and they excel at service. For example, one year we had a problem with our furnace not heating properly on New Years morning. Had my entire family in for the holiday including very young children. I called the emergency number and Jerry, the owner, was at our house within 90 minutes and had our furnace fully functional within 30 minutes.
I call that service above and beyond the call of duty. But that is what you can expect from Oelerich.

A few years ago Oelerich installed a new furnace for me, along with installing central air which was not originally in the house. Many competing companies were slow to show up, or disappeared without providing a quote. Oelerich showed up promptly, got me an accurate and reasonable quote quickly, and installed the equipment fast and well.

This last week during the extreme cold my furnace started acting up a bit. Jerry helped me troubleshoot the issue over the phone, and instead of having to wait for (and pay for) a service call, we were able to stop by and exchange the warrantied part quickly. I was able to install it and had my furnace back running in no time.

Great customer service, excellent quality, and superb value. All 3 are pretty much the status quo when you call Oelerich HVAC. We have used them for more than 12 years and during that time we had them replace our hot water heater, furnace, and A/C unit. We also had been scheduling annual clean and checks for our furnace and A/C unit and the techs have been great.They are always flexible with the scheduling and price wise they are quite competitive when you look at the quality you are getting. You might get a cheaper HVAC company but I can tell you from what I have seen in our neighborhood then when you go cheap that company will be back visiting you at least one more time to fix something - not always under warranty. We have been fortunate not to have this ever happen with Oelerich HVAC. They are very knowledgable about their industry and the value for the cost is excellent. I will continue using them again year in and year out for all of our HVAC needs. I highly recommend them if you need a dependable HVAC technician at a competitive price.

Recently our air conditioner went out on one of the warmest days so far this year. We called Oelerich and they sent someone out the next morning to review the problem. They determined that the 12 year old ac unit needed to be replaced. They handled the service efficiently and quickly. They are very professional. We felt they were honest, and we were happy to work with a locally family owned business. Thank you Oelerich!
