Had an issue with our AC unit and Steve came out right away, within hour of requesting service! He was very knowledgeable, detailed, and professional. He fixed our AC right away and we are extremely happy with his promptness! Will definitely use this company again!

We had an issue with our A/C unit not working. Called and Steve came out first thing the next day. Showed up on time as discussed, was very professional, and fixed the issue within 45 minutes. He explained what was going on and was very helpful. I would recommend.

Reliable, professional and knowledgeable. Called to schedule an appointment, was given a window and prior appointment got a call with ETA. Technician showed up on time and started work right away to get our AC working.
Since, I had Chicagoland Heating and Cooling come out for heating problems and they even helped me set up my thermostat, so I can change temperature from my phone. They always came during the window given and always called when in route to my house.
I shared their contact info with few of my neighbors and all of them were thankful for finding an HVAC which didn't rip them off unlike ABC and few other large companies in the area.

During the chicago blizzard and holiday weekend Steve (business owner) made time in an emergency situation to come out to the house and resolve the heater issue before it got below freezing in the house.
