Ken has been excellent at troubleshooting a very slow refrigerant line leak we have had in our heat pump. He is professional, friendly, and tireless at chasing down what was becoming a costly problem. We're always happy to have him over to solve the mysteries that have stumped others.

The technician - Raul - did a great job. I've had my ductless unit from Miller for a year. I highly recommend this company. Fantastic, quiet unit.

One of your work vans with a sketch individual was recently idling in a residential neighborhood in Vancouver for several minutes with young kids in the area. Individual looked suspicious, looked like they were prowling, looked like they were up to no good. They were recorded. Their license plate was taken down. If they are seen again, the cops and county sheriff will be notified immediately. There have been recent break ins and car thefts in the area. Do not be suspiciously idling your work vehicles in residential neighborhoods.

Thomas was great and very professional. He also was very helpful considering our system is over 25 years old and still working well for it's age thanks to fellas like him.

We have Miller's come out yearly and service our HVAC system so when our thermostat started acting up we contacted them. The appt was easy to make and within a week they had their service technician Michael Phillippi come out and install a new thermostat. He did an awesome job. Showed us how to use the thermostat on our phones and on the thermostat itself. It works great. I would recommend this company for any and all kinds of HVAC work.

We have used Miller's for many years. Great service and top notch technicians. Best in the area. Our technician, Raul Marino, was superb. He found the problem the installers had missed, prepared an estimate for repair, and retrofitted a temp repair until the full work can be scheduled.

Excellent service. I'm a long-time customer and will stick with Miller's. This year's tech, Jon, like others did a great job. Very thorough.

Hopefully you’ll never need the service technician but if you do they’re fantastic. Clean efficient and friendly. Knowledgeable and determined are the words that come to mind
