I do not review a service unless I have three experiences. It took 8 years, but I have great news: all three times were professional, positive, and completely worth it!

My aunt's house in 2012, my grandparents house in 2013, and last week in September 2020, we had an entire new system, ducts, thermostat and vents installed.

The little details that are given attention from this crew are remarkable. One example is spray painting the air intake box area under the floor black, so it did not look like a metal hole under the vent in our hallway. (it had looked like a metal hole previously and we had not even realized how gross it looked until it was painted black and it blends right in now!)

The knowledge as to proper vent placement and how to update our 50's house to a state-of-the-art system was done with ease and confidence by this crew.

Simply put- great people, excellent craftsmanship, and outstanding communication. We will continue to use Blairco, and recommend them again for future heating and AC needs.

Was able to get scheduled for a deep clean of my Mitsubishi mini split the next day. Other original service business used was out to March. Thanks Blairco ... You are now our go-to.

I wanted to find a pro HVAC company to service our furnace and remembered that the company I work for hired Blairco to install and maintain our building's HVAC system. We moved in to our home 7 years ago, but have never had a regular maintenance service. It was important to us to have it serviced prior to the winter season and be proactive so that we wouldn't run into any emergency heating issues. They were able to schedule a technician within a few days of my call. Will Johnston from the residential team at Blairco arrived promptly. I showed him our unit and he seemed to be very familiar with the brand and model. Blairco's website shows the exact services they will perform. They are very transparent about what is covered in their cost unlike other companies which don't show anything at all. I was impressed by Will's professionalism and his very easy, no-fuss, attentive & friendly customer service. He performed a comprehensive service and finished with his recommendations. I would highly recommend Blairco to any home owner. We plan to use them in the spring to service our AC unit.

I had a mini split installed and baseboard heaters removed using the Clark PUD rebate program. We got quotes from a few different companies and Blairco was the most knowledgeable about what unit would work best for our home. The install crew was very nice and went the extra mile to make the outdoor unit look as nice as possible.

I had Randy Preston install a new thermostat today, he was very professional. He explained everything on how to operate the thermostat, he even gave me his business card in case I had any problems. I’ve done business with Blairco for many years and I’ve always gotten excellent service. It’s always a pleasure doing business with them.

Blairco installed new heating and cooling at my residence in 2014 and they have been maintaining both each year since. The service techs sent out have all been very friendly and thorough in their work. Michael Krout has been my tech the last two years and he told me today my heating unit still looked fairly new. Wow! Pays to maintain with professionals. Thank you, Blairco!

Our AC went out and Blairco made it to our house a couple days later. A simple capacitor and it was all working again.

Several years ago, going on the word of friends and business community associates, I chose Blairco to service our Rheem heating and cooling system. I was very pleased with the work and the company. Last year, when the trusty old Rheem passed the seventeen-year mark, I decided it was time for a proactive replacement. I researched, and met with the best-recommended local heating and cooling companies. Blairco continued to stand out from the others. Little things matter; a Blairco employee (instead of voicemail or an indifferent answering service) promptly took my phone calls on the first few rings. I felt a caring, friendly spirt with each of the office personnel I spoke with. I never felt rushed. When Andrew came out to estimate the job he took the time to clearly and expertly answer each question, and explain our options, with zero B.S. and zero sales pressure. We finally settled on heating and cooling systems from three companies that fit our priorities and pocketbook. With those three estimates on the table, the Blairco deal was quite competitive, but it finally came down to “who do you trust the most.” We went with Blairco. At install time, Martin and crewmembers seemed professional and polite but I am a picky person. Okay, some would call me a perfectionist. I’ve lived through design and construction of two hillside homes, restorations on two cars, an airplane, and 46 years in demanding technology professions. My contractor standards are high. Work on my home can be tough on everyone, including me. Not this time. The Blairco installation was, honestly, a joy. I’ve rarely seen this level of focus, meticulous attention to detail, and good old-fashioned pride in craftsmanship. It was clear that Martin and his crew knew how to do it right but more importantly, they took the time to do it right. We’ve been enjoying our new Carrier system for nearly three months now. It is strong, quiet, and flawless. No weirdness, no issues, no callbacks. Five stars. I think Blairco is big enough to offer full service coverage yet small enough to maintain the spirit of a founder-family-owned and operated company.

Brandon came out and solved my heat pump issue, quickly and accurately. We've used Blairco several times, and they are our 'go to' guys for HVAC. Very pleased with the price and service, glad to give them our business..!!

Blairco did an outstanding job! It was time to replace our 26 year old heating and air conditioning units. We had 3 bids for this extensive work. Blairco may not have come in as the lowest bidder, but their detailed and professional conduct won them the bid. We had used them before on a rental house and had confidence in their work. They went over the top with their performance and customer service. Their work was better than we expected but what really set them apart is their employees. Martin and Isaiah worked hard, long hours to complete the job to stay on their busy timelines. They were such a pleasure to have in home, their manners were better than your grandma's! Our system works great and is a vast improvement to our home.
