Jason was the representative who came out to provide the maintenance service on our HVAC system, and he was so great! Extremely professional, helpful, and customer centric. We had a couple hiccups with the appointment scheduling, but Jason truly turned the whole experience into a wonderful one for us. He did such an amazing job, and we couldn’t have asked for better customer service from him!

Brandon came for a furnace tune-up and went above and beyond to help. He was patient and very friendly. When he arrived and inspected our furnace, he noticed that our blower fan was much dirtier than a typical fan of its age (it was supposedly cleaned less just a few months ago). He proceeded to remove the fan and clean it by hand even though it took a lot of elbow grease to do so. Previously, a tech tried to clean it up with a shop-vac without removal and it that just made things dirtier (imagine dust everywhere in the garage and inside the ducts which eventually led to a dusty home). Brandon had to work much harder because the blower fan wouldn't come off easily, but he didn't give up. He grabbed some tools from the van and went to work. Throughout the process, he answered my maintenance questions thoroughly. I cannot imagine a better furnace technician than Brandon out there and for this reason, I will use BlairCo for all my furnace/AC needs in the future. I will also highly recommend them to all my family and friends. Stephanie was also a pleasure to work with setting up the appointment and making sure I understood what the maintenance package included. So I got three different estimates from three different heating/ air installation companies to install a new gas furnance and air conditioner. All three estimates were within a few hundred dollars of each other and all three offered top brand furnances and air conditioner units. In trying to decide who to go with, I went on the internet and read the reviews of each company. Blairco had the better reviews so I went with them and I'm glad I did. From the salesman (Jason), to the installers (Hedda and Shane ), all were knowledgeable, professional and courteous.
