Blairco is number 1 for us. They are always very responsive and thorough in their work. No surprises with costs. I put them in my "call first" category as reliable and dependable.

Our propane stove was dead the evening (Saturday) before a family dinner. Hedda came out after 6pm and had us back in business in no time. We were so impressed with his service , knowledge and attitude!!
If only more people took such pride in their work.

This has got to be the worse place I have ever had the bad luck of doing business with. 9.000 dollars latter and I'm going to have to put my air conditioner back in my window . They seem ok to start but they came back 4 times last summer to fix the problem and I got the system half way through the summer. Not once did they ever check to see if there fix worked something a good company would do. So now its hot and the ac in my family room is better then nothing but my old ac is twice as good something the salesman told me was better. I called last week and they said they would have Joseph call me that day that was 8 days ago still waiting. I'm too the point now that I'm posting stuff like this ,calling the better business burrow and contacting Mitsubishi.

The workers were fast, did a good job installing furnace and heat pump, seemed to know what they were doing, polite and considerate of our needs and pleasant personalities. Time will tell about the quality but at present we are pleased with everything.

Over the course of the last year and a half, we have used BLAIRCO to install a new air handler and heat pump for our home as well as re-duct our entire system. We used another company several years ago to install new ducts and discovered that the work was only partially completed and the piping that was done was sealed incorrectly. BLAIRCO came in and re-did our entire system in a crawl space that is nearly impossible to move around in, and they did it RIGHT! Our installer (Hedda) not only was professional, extremely qualified and personable, he took pride in his workmanship that is often times lacking in the home improvement trades. If you want cut rate shoddy work, these guys don't do it. BUT - if you want a company that has competitive rates, is highly skilled, and has exceptional service, call BLAIRCO.

Had a heat pump, air handler and ducting installed by Blairco, and recommend them to everyone. Blairco was one of two quotes I requested, and they made my end decision easy. From the begining the gentelmen giving the quote did not force me into any decisions; gave me a few options and let me decide, no pressure. Once I had made my decision to use Blairco I ended up having numerous questions; they were always there to anwser them. Day of installation they were on time and again answered all of my never ending questions. Never rude, very atentive and priced reasonably. Thank you Blairco!

Randy is the best. Second time he has been to my home and each time he was polite, forthcoming with information and on time.

Record breaking temperatures in July of 2009. It was 108 degrees and over 95 degrees for 5 days in a row. 3 days in a row it was over 100 degrees! My A/C died in the middle of it all. It was awful and I was desperate. I couldn't get an appointment until the following week-because EVERYONE'S A/C was crashing at the same time. The guys at Blairco installed my system and their experience told them without even looking at it, that my capacitor had died. They helped me diagnose it over the phone. They tried to get the part but because of all the A/C failures in the area. The part was out of stock. They jury-rigged a replacement using two less powerful capacitors to make one the size I needed. It looked like a bomb wired together! I went down to the office and picked up the part and IT WORKED! My family was saved. And Blairco came by the following week to put in the correct capacitor.
