We have been clients of Advanced Air Systems for many years. Their staff is always friendly, helpful and always follow through with us. The quality of their work is outstanding. Today, Brandon helped us with an A/C issue, and he was professional, thorough, had great communication and he resolved our problem. Jake was also instrumental in getting us taken care of, and Lauren in the office is a gem. Clearly, they work as a great team, and we are most appreciative. Other businesses should follow their customer service model. Thanks again so much !

Respiratory health issues required we consider a whole house air filtering system. We needed detailed information on what Systems could provide the quality of air. We had lots of questions: What are the types of air filtering? What level of filtering did they provide and at what cost? Our Advanced Air consultant patiently and professionally presented the answers and options. We arrived a System meeting our needs for a healthier environment!

They installed a new air conditioner, also an Air Scrubber Plus and an AccuClean Air Purification System. We noticed a remarkable difference in the air quality very soon after using it. The air conditioner works great. They were friendly, efficient and trustworthy. We appreciated that the installers were very knowledgeable and took time to explain the programmable thermostat. We highly recommend them.

Advanced Air Systems is a remarkable company! I purchased a new high-efficiency heat pump with a new gas furnace as heating backup for the coldest days. They showed up a few minutes early, did the complete installation in one day, and went above and beyond to provide an excellent customer service experience. Brandon and Aidan were incredibly knowledgeable and friendly HVAC technicians, who went over everything with me in great detail!!

My furnace just stopped working, and I was concerned that it would cost a great deal to fix. Turns out the batteries in my thermostat were the culprit, and Caleb was quick to find the problem. But he stuck around and did some tests, and cleaned up a little, and after explaining about a twice a year, maintenance check, he was on his way. I’ve worked with Advance for five years now, and I heartily recommend them.

Advanced Air replaced my 26 year old furnace and A/C unit last year. They were wonderful to work with, competitively priced and available to do the job in a timely manner. I decided to use them again to replace my now 27 year old water heater. I spoke with Yui about scheduling and when I let her know my water heater had started leaking on top she made every effort to get the installation done in a short period of time.
There was a small issue with the new water heater and when I emailed Yui she sent Jake back the next morning to fix the problem.
I would highly recommend Advanced Air to anyone.

I have used Advanced Air Systems the last two years for annual maintenance and have no complaints. They are always good about being on time within their promised windows and the HVAC professional always gives me a call about 20 minutes prior to arrival to let me know when he will get to my home.
The service person is always professional and when they go through our house to get to the AC unit (it’s the only way to access it) they remove shoes and are very good about making sure no dirt or mud are brought into the house.
The annual maintenance is always quick, thorough, and I get a detailed description of how the system is doing both from the tech and on the invoice.
I will continue to use them for my HVAC needs in the future and I would recommend them to others.

The technician did not perform a correct diagnosis on 3/24/2023. He recommended an 800 dollar to replace the electronic board of the furnace. As a second opinion, another heating company came and cleaned up the ignition sensor, then the furnace works repeatedly with no problem. We think the money we paid to Advanced Air was of poor value. We are 4 times returned customer of Advanced Air, this time we felt bad about their service.

Ive been with this company for 6 years, since I purchased my house.
They have a lovely subscription service that wont over charge for emergencies and gives discounts on parts. They tend to come out every 6 months for a maintenance and cleaning. Overall i have been satisfied with the service.
However, I had a 2nd opinion done in my ducts and found that a Y joint was installed backward and kinked my air supply.
At no point in the 6 years I've been with Advanced air did they check ducts or see that problem. I did have Advanced cut and fix the problem but it seems like the overlook certain things.

This company routinely does a perfect diagnosis and a fast repair. Very honest. Caleb Daniel, and Todd and Jake Hanabata are all EXTREMELY experienced, and he is a perfectionist. Loved watching Caleb work... he was willing to stay late so we had our HVAC back.
