We are “blown away” with the installation of our new Heating/Cooling system. The three professionals. Brandon, Ty, and Bob were incredible to watch as they upgraded our home’s comfort settings. We recently had Advanced Air Systems come out in the hot weather when our air conditioning unit was not working properly. The office staff worked diligently to get someone out as quickly as possible. The technician was prompt, knowledgeable, friendly and offered sound advice. He restored our unit to working order. I recommend them highly. We will be using their services again to replace our AC unit.

Richard just finished my maintenance this month. He is very professional and prompt. Advance Air installed my High Efficiency Heat Pump in 2011. They have done a great job. I purchased an extended warranty and well worth the cost for this service. I highly recommend this company.

I had waited five months for a different company to order the parts needed to repair my ductless unit so I gave up on them and called Advanced Air Systems. Brooke and Kathy were helpful to identify what needed to be done. David came to my home and replaced needed parts and thoroughly cleaned and inspected my unit. He was prompt, professional, and very conscientious. I highly recommend Advanced Air Systems for their reliability and excellent repair staff. They will be my go-to business for my future heating and cooling needs.

Advanced Air always provides friendly, excellent and fast service. I decided to get a service plan with them because of their high quality work. I needed a new furnace and then had a water leak with our water heater and on both occasions they handled it quickly. Additionally, they came back to make adjustments and provided very agreeable financing arrangements.

Advanced Air Systems inc is locally owned, which is very important to us, and in all ways a very professional company. Their staff and technical support is above reproach. We are always happy with their customer care and technical expertise. We have used their services for over ten years and have not been disappointed. We feel comfortable recommending them to family and friends.

Brandon and his team showed up on time, and got right to work. They walked us though the process of the install and verified everything was how we wanted it. Jake is the sales guy we worked with. All in all, advanced air systems was a pleasure to work with!!

In Dec. I had them come and check my ductless unit because it was not heating properly. Repairman David came and checked both the inside and outside unit. He said he patched the outside unit and hoped it would hold until nicer weather. He said someone from the office would call and schedule the repair. No one called. I woke up July21 to find a piece of the inside unit covering on the floor. Repairman David came out again and took pictures of the inside unit and worked on the outside unit. He told me the piece broke because the cover was stressed. I knew it was stressed and has been stressed ever since it was installed. In Dec when I had yearly maintenance done Richard work for 30 minutes or more to get the cover back on and couldn't so he called an installer to come out and do it. This unit is only 2 years old and I have had nothing but problems with it. I feel it was installed incorrectly and needs to taken down and replaced with as new unit that is installed correctly.

Advance Air Systems tech David was prompt, knowledgeable, professional and a very nice person. I had an issue with my A/C and he was able to diagnose the problem and get it back to working great in no time ! I will definitely refer them to family and friends !
Richard performed yearly maintenance for my heat pump. He was prompt, Courteous and professional. Great job once again from Advance Aor Systems !
