I use the twice a year maintenance plan. When I did have an actual problem with my furnace, I was given preference as a maintenance member and had my furnace fixed the next day.

The entire team from service, to sales, to install were very helpful and pleasant to work with. There isn't anything I would have wished them to do differently. Excellent service.

Highly-qualified and honest. We experienced a furnace failure. They we out in less than 24 hours. It to a while to diagnose. When finished fixing the problem, "Jake" the HVAC guy said the failure was secondary to something Advanced Air had done on a prior visit—No charge. No even a minimal service charge. If he had told me it was a heat sensor or something and charged me $350, I would have paid it without blinking. This is what integrity looks like in practice. I would recommend Advanced Air Systems without reservation.

From start to finish, very pleased with the service. We had many bids and they took some extra steps to solidify our business with them. Financing option with 0% APR for 18 months was smooth and we even added a new electrical panel. All done within a day, the crew was efficient and kind. They were so sweet to our elderly dog as well! Everyone that we have met and talked with is professional, friendly and knowledgeable. They installed our air handler and heat pump a few years ago. They have had to come out to do some warranty work recently and Yui is always quick to get us on the schedule. Jake and Brandon do a great job of explaining what is going on and why.

We purchased the bi-yearly check up for our AC in the Spring and the house heating system in the Fall to make sure there are no issues going into summer or winter. Or service tech, Richard, always does a professional job and he is a p[leasure to work with. He is part of the family now!
