Exceptional service. Our igniter went out on our heating system. Since we were without heat Martin made us a priority to come fix our furnace that same day. Customer service and overall quality of the work was exceptional. You can tell that him and his crew actually care about their customers and put pride into their work. Extremely knowledgeable and took the time to perform maintenance on our furnace to make sure it was running efficiently and safe. You can tell Martin knows his craft and is passionate about the work he does. We are truly grateful, our home is warm and will definitely be lifetime customers.

Francisco is a jewel. Very knowledgeable and looks out for his customers. Used him for both AC and gas furnace repair. Called him with a no heat condition and it was really cold in the house. Responded the next morning and we’re all set. Wonderful! On time, replacement parts with him. Best customers service I have ever received from any home appliance repair service. Use him! You’ll be thankful you did!

I've used this company for years. My pilot light keeps going off. This time i was able to pay for the new thermostat and Martin switched it out. His sons have also been out. For my air conditioner. We just had Absolute Heating and Cooling Solutions install a new heat pump and cooling system. If I could give more than 5 stars I would. They were extremely knowledgable, explained things well and I felt like they truly had our best interests at heart. They made us a priority given the heat and worked on a hot day until it was finished, so we would have a cool home. When finished they explained all the details including operating the change to our thermostat and were very tidy. It is a family business where Martin and his sons work together. All in all it was fabulous and I highly recommend them!

When I texted to set up an appointment, I shared that our AC unit was working currently, but that it needed maintenance. The company anticipated that the job might be for more than maintenance and that repair might also be needed, and sent a technician that can repair the A/C as well as perform maintenance. The technician was able to diagnose AND repair during the same visit.

If the company hadn't anticipated this, an additional repair call might have been necessary so I really appreciate the foresight. The repairman had the necessary parts for the repairs on the truck, made the repairs, tested and cleaned the unit, checked the thermostat and the furnace/blower and the AC unit is working properly again.

I got up this morning and noticed I didn't have any Heat and it's 21 degrees outside. So I checked the usual things. Fresh Batteries in the Thermostat, Breaker is On, put a new Filter in the Furnace, etc... No Luck! So I got online and called numerous HVAC companies and there all giving me the same song and dance. The roads are to Icy and our Tech's aren't coming in today. But we can put you on the schedule for some time next week after the Holidays. Are you kidding me! So I'm working my down the list of HVAC companies and come across Absolute Heating and Cooling. I call and I can't believe it and actual person answered the phone. He tells me his name is Martin and asked what's the problem. So I explain my situation and he says I'm sending you my Cell phone number and I want you to take a pic of your furnace and send it to me and maybe I can talk you thru the repair over the phone. But he also tells me if I can't talk you thru it I'll come out tomorrow and help you fix it. So what do I have to lose. So I send the pic and he tells me to take some Hot water and go outside by my A/C unit and you'll see a small drain line. Take the Hot water and slowly pour the hot water over the drain line as it's probably frozen. So as I'm pouring the Hot water over the drain line a 5" inch piece of ice slides out the drain line and water starts coming out and almost instantly my Furnace Fire's up and I have Heat again. How many companies actually send you there Personal Mobile # and try to Help you over the phone? Not one that I'm aware of. Except for Martin at Absolute Heating. Martin if I could give you 10 Stars I would. Your a Rock Star in my book and if I ever have another HVAC problem again your the First Person I'm calling. Thanks for Exceeding all my Expectations. This Company and Martin are HIGHLY Recommended. Thanks again.

Our experience with Absolute Heating was great. Jose came and serviced our furnace, fireplace and bought the correct filter for furnace. I would recommend them to anyone.

I selected this business after reading Five Star reviews. We scheduled an appointment and they were a "no-show." When I called them on the morning of the appointment they admitted they did not have me on the schedule. When I suggested I might need to just cancel and book with a more professional entity, the person on the phone said "Excellent, that sounds perfect." I guess I must be an outlier.

There have been various service people who have provided services to us. Francisco of Absolute Heating & Cooling is by far the best. I missed his contact call and called him back after 5pm to leave a VM. I was surprised that he answered. He was very pleasant, suggested some troubleshooting in case my aircon issue was not a serious one so we do not suffer in the hot weather. He came the following day. He was more pleasant in person, courteous and very competent. My son and I were truly impressed about his skills and professionalism.
