I decided to reach out after another company said they could get us in in two weeks. Martín spent an afternoon trying to help me troubleshoot my system via text. Once we identified part of the issue and it still wasn't cooling, he worked us in very quickly. Through his thorough review of our system he was able to identify about 4 different issues. He also saved us money on the repairs where he could. I'm still shocked we actually have a functioning system after we had another company come out and get it sorta working, and also told us our system was too small for our house. We've never had the system work so effectively and the compressor sounds so much better!

Our AC unit went out just as the heatwave hit, I called Martin around 8 am, and he was there by 6pm the same day with a simple fix to get it back up and running. I am so grateful he made the time to come by, even though they were booked out. We will certainly be using them going forward!

Martin and family will always be my go to. They replaced our furnace and installed our ac unit in short notice and even called in a favor to get an electrician over asap to get us all set up! Very professional and quick! I asked him back for routine maintenance and to look at our hot water heater. He gave me great advice and treated me like a person not a paycheck. I feel lucky to have found his business!

Incredibly helpful crew. We're able to diagnose my issue by phone/video and managed to show up in the same day (during peak summer month) to repair. Diagnostic Service charge reasonable!
