The employees for Entek exceeded all expectations. On time, thorough walk through, precise instillation and very professional during the entire instillation. i cant say enough about the Entek crew. The quality and professionalism was outstanding. Best crew of professionals I may have ever dealt with. Thank you! Of course it goes without mentioning, the system works just as expected too!

We moved into an older home this Summer. We had an older system with two different duct systems in place. They took the time to explain the system and the different options we could choose from. We chose to go with a Mitsubishi hyper heat system. The installers and everyone we have worked with have been. We would highly recommend Entek to anyone in the Vancouver area!!!

Our air conditioning died in the heat wave. Less than 36 hrs later Shane came (early), spotted the difficulty immediately & replaced the part. He then stayed to review the HVAC, trim away an intruding plant, advise us on the electrostatic air cleaner. He was a pleasure to have here. We totally recommend this company.

Jeremy and Ivo are pros! I am a self proclaimed perfectionist and these guys nailed it! The system looks awesome and performs great. These guys even helped shovel a few of my neighbors out when they got stuck in 8-10” of snow. I would recommend Entek any day of the week if you want a great system installed by great people.

I knew it was a long shot but I called on Friday morning to see if I can get a technician out to a house i was buying to see if everything was working properly. And I spoke to Marla M.. she said they were all booked up for the day but some how she was able to get a technician out there to do a maintenance for me with in a couple of hours. Thank you Marla for being so nice and polite. I was on a tight schedule that day. Kyle Huffman came out and checked the furnace and A/C and he also checked the duct work underneath the crawl. He went above and beyond. Although he gave me some bad news that the A/C had no refrigerant and the duct work was coming apart. He did a great job explaining everything to me. Don't hesitate to use this company i would and will recommend them to anyone.. thank you Entek..

Entek did a professional job installing our new equipment, and the results are a more comfortable heating/cooling system in our home. It is good to work with a company who does what they say, on time, and with a great attitude.

Entek installed a zone system in our two story home about 6 months ago. We could never get our upstairs cool enough without the downstairs freezing. In the winter, it took forever to heat up the house. The zone system totally solved both problems. We are more comfortable and the system is much more efficient. It let’s us cool or heat the area that needs it. The crew was here most of a day but we hardly knew they were here. Now, we have a system we can control the that also saves us money. I would highly recommend these pros.

Had Entek seal & clean my ductwork eight years ago after we clean-up from a rodent infestation. Knew it was time to do again, but when they came to clean I received the recommendation to replace all ductwork. After 32 years the ducts really needed it. Ivo and CJ were here for two days, removed the old, installed the new and we couldn't be happier. It was the right thing to do, professionally performed and improved over the old system quite a bit. Six stars if I could!!

From our first interaction with the estimator, through the inspection by the city and our final walk-through, the Entek team was courteous, professional, clean, on time and explained every step in the process. Their estimate was right on, too. We had the old Apollo heating system, so this was critical to get it out and replaced. I recommend ENTEK to anyone and everyone.

Cannot say enough, totally blown away by work ethic and professionalism. Came on time, planning and execution of removal of old furnace in horrible crawlspace. Replace with new furnace and installed air conditioning unit. HVAC Is the way to go. Entek is the company to use.
