    Shane the technician who came out after normal business hours because we had an emergency was very personable, profecient, informative, thorough and helpful. If this company employee's are all like this I highly recommend them.

    Fantastic job replacing our old tired unit. The new install looks and works impeccably. Couldn't be happier. The entire team has done a great job! Shout out to Aly, Jeremy, Igor and the whole team, sorry, I forgot some of the other names! But everyone has done a great job getting this project taken care of!

    Terrible. Literally thieves. I’ve had these guys come out twice to service my hvac. Each time the tech leaves I ask him for a run down of what went wrong. Both times they explained to the hvac system had been damaged or left in a state of disrepair that was causing the malfunction. Yet after they leave the landlord calls me both times telling me that they said something different. In my contract the landlord is supposed to cover the costs of the hvac but these scam artists will tell don’t care about integrity they lie to your face and then write a report reflecting whatever my landlord likes so that the landlord doesn’t have to pay it. Happened to me twice these people are dishonest, NEVER on time and so terrible At what they do it actually feels like a scam. Don’t waste your money these people are thieves of the highest order.

    Wow, what an experience. First visit was a diagnosis on Nov 30th $200 few days later they come back and "fix" our furnace and unit 5 hours later and $400. Unfortunately it was not fixed and was blowing only cold air. Have two more people come on different days to tell us the first guy missed a few problems. Said it would be $700. On the 8th of Dec a nice guy comes and replaces our board and tells us he'll have to come back another day because the board he has is used and damaged okay.. That was 6 hours. On the 14th he came back 4 hours after the time they said hed be here and replaced the damaged board they installed. Great we have heat, not so great our total was $1,017. So in total $1,617
    Will not use this company ever again. The guys were nice..but we don't need nice we needed honesty and work done right the first time.
    UPDATE: Bill the branch manager called me and apologised and admitted their mistakes and made it right. That was very admirable and any company willing to make things right is a 5 start business in my eyes. Thank you!

    Wow, called to schedule a technician to come check out my system. They never showed. I called two days after asking if they were able to come out and they didn’t have any record of me calling and setting up an account. They said they would call me back. No call two days after. When I called they said I was associated with another property that I use to work for. Almost refusing to work with me. Completely unprofessional. I will never deal with them again.

    I was impressed with the professionalism of the work crew (Tyler, Jeremy, Adam, and Chad) and with the end results! The aeroseal, new ductwork, GPS air purifier, duct cleaning and the fresh air duct have made a notable difference in reducting the visible dust in my home - plus I feel like I am breathing better. Well worth the money. Thank you Entek!

    I don't know why this is the only negative review, if I'm really the only with a problem, but Entek Vancouver showed no interest in providing me with any customer service. After the initial visit, I was the one who had to call back to find out an update on follow up visits and I waited 1 1/2 to 2 weeks each time before making a call. At this time I have still not been contacted from my last call over a month ago. If you don't want to service me, have the guts to say so and not ignore my problem.

    Service technician was earlier than expected but he wasn't sure why the office scheduled him to come here first rather than the 2-3:30 PM window originally agreed upon. Service technician was excellent, took time to answer questions and gave good advice I didn't even know I needed before his arrival. He was very good natured, easy to communicate with, and highly proficient. I nominate him for president of the company!
