Entek Corporation

The tech, Sean S. was very good. He knew what he was going and was very friendly. We've used Entek for years and are very happy. We get an HVAV tune-up in spring and fall and have had no problems.

Ivo and CJ came out to clean and seal our ducts and spent the entire day doing a great job getting what they came out to do done. Then when they were all packed up to go at 6PM on the Friday before a holiday weekend I mentioned an issue with our air conditioner and without hesitation they took a look. They ended up crawling around in the hot attic to find the issue (a nail from our newly redone roof went thru the pipe). It's nothing they could fix at the time, but they saved us a service call to figure out what the issue was, and we'll be calling Entek after the holiday weekend is over to get the AC back in action! Ivo and CJ were the best! I highly recommend :)

Professional: The team of 4 (Ivo,Tyler,Garret, and Craig) installed our system approximately a week ago. They were professional and courteous/polite. The entire process was explained by Ivo so we would know what to expect and where they were in the install. Tyler and Garret worked as a team and were proficient in work required, as well as respectful. The group cleaned up after the install and removed all debris visible. The electrician (Craig) was very helpful and professional with the rewiring part of the house, great personality .

At this point, I am very happy with the new system because it is very quiet and the house stays at an even temperature.

Entek came to the rescue when our gas furnace died in February 2020. Our house was built in 1925 which created a ton of challenges getting everything up to code. The old furnace was in a tight location, making removal and Installation of the new furnace very difficult. The crew from Entek worked together as a team to come up with solutions to every challenge. The new furnace had to be turned 1/4, gas pipes and ducting rerouted. We added air conditioning to the system which caused finding a way to provide power to that new unit another challenge. We found all the Entek employees to act very professional. Communication was great. They got the difficult job done timely with attention to detail being superb. I would definitely hire them again!

I can't say enough about my experience with Entek. Chris McKinney and his team are incredible. They worked with us on financing to replace our dead 50-year-old furnace with a fantastic new furnace. They were cheerful and upbeat even when dealing with the narrow halls, steep stairs and low doorways of an old house, AND they were friendly with my 5 very enthusiastic dogs. The furnace install took less than a day, and when we subsequently discovered that the pilot light on the gas water heater was off due to the install, Entek sent a technician out at 9pm to fix it on a Friday!!

Company arrived on time, in fact early! Did a check on my furnace and heat pump. All good. Workers (Christian & Olin) were polite and patient with my questions. Their knowledge of equipment to make sure my house was in working order was amazing! Helpful, courteous, kind and very respectful of my house/property. Will definitely be contacting in future.

Our experience with Entek has been top notch! We worked with Jeremy from start to finish on our conversion to gas from oil and he made sure to keep us updated and informed with everything that was happening! Igor is the tech that came out to put the finishing touches on the furnace and fire it up for us and he is great as well! He made sure to answer any and all of the questions we had thoroughly and showed us how to operate our new thermostat! During the set up Ivo and Ryan were extremely helpful with any questions as well! We highly reccomend Entek!

Josh came out to do a maintenance inspection on our standalone air-conditioning system. He even arrived a few minutes early! More importantly, he did an extremely thorough job and very nicely explained what he found and what he did. He seemed extremely knowledgeable and was very nice and super friendly. I wish all service people were as helpful and as friendly as he was. Entek has a super employee! We would not hesitate at all to use Entek again. A+ service!

I just had my furnace/air conditioner system replaced by Entek. Very professional, knowledgeable, and efficient group of young men. They worked very hard, followed mask and safe distancing procedures, and did a terrific job. Very pleased and highly recommend them!

We've had an Entek maintenance agreement for several years. The technicians are always polite, timely, and efficient. They explain what they are doing and any issues found. Shane Carpenter has been our tech several times. Big shout out for his positive attitude and customer friendly demeanor.
