Shane Carpenter was our service tech and seem very helpful in describing what maintenance he had performed. We have had an annual prepaid maintenance agreement to maintain our heat pump and I hope Shane will be available in the spring to do one then. Thanks Entek for well trained service techs. Brett took care of everything from the financing to the scheduling and the rebates. Entek worked around my schedule to come on Thursday's to do aeroseal, vent cleaning and install a furnace + AC unit. They took care of our things, cleaned up and showed great customer service. Would recommend !

Shane did a great job servicing my heat pump. He was very thorough and professional. He straightened out a sticky problem with the remote access feature of my thermostat. I’m very satisfied with the work he performed.

Shane C has come out a few times for maintenance on our system and I have to say, he is invaluable to Entek! He was here this morning and spent a good amount of time explaining what the possible cause of an intermittent issue might be (after checking everything thoroughly and testing his theories). John H our repair tech was absolutely amazing. 5 min early, overly conscious about wearing face mask, booties, and gloves and more importantly got us up and running in no time. He even went so far as to salvage the parts from an old unit next door to get us heat while he overnighted new parts for our furnace. Can recommend these guys with 100% confidence you will be happy!

I have an Entek maintenance agreement and have found the service providers always pleasant and appreciate that they keep me updated as to when they will arrive. The arrival times are scheduled for within an hour so no waiting all morning or afternoon. Am very pleased with their service and would recommend (and have) them to a friend.
