When our heat pump system suffered an internal breakdown and collapsed just before winter, we feared the worst. Entek quickly came to the rescue, and Christian Roberts was our technician. He was friendly, courteous, professional, knowledgeable and thorough. The pump is working like new again after his rebuild, which saved us thousands of dollars on a new system. We'd work with him again in a heartbeat. Thank you so much!

Brooke & Jeremy had fabulous communication with us either by phone or email on the price of our replacement furnace to scheduling appts. I just had a heat pump with air handler and backup furnace installed in my manufactured home. After getting several quotes from local HVAC companies I chose Entek for the price and clear information from Dennis, the sales person.

The office staff from beginning to end were very good on all levels. The installation crew came out on a Saturday, performed all he work in about a day. The lead (I forgot his name) explained how everything worked and also how the thermostat worked.

The crew cleaned up and the final installation is exceptional.

Can't say enough about the courteous, prompt, professional experience we had as they installed new furnace and AC. The organization, thoroughness, attention to detail was a pleasure to watch, and always ready with an answer to my silly questions. We have had them servicing our equipment for years and recommend them without reservation for any new work needed.

I just want to say we were very happy with the job that CJ completed in checking out our 29 year old air conditioner. He found we will need some time in the future we will need a compacitor. He checked it out thoroughly. He also checked our furnace that Entek installed many years ago. He seemed to be very knowledgeable. He was very careful, and put booties on when he came in the house. He was very polite and very personable, and wondered if there was anything else he could do. My husband and I liked him very much, and we hope if we have a problem , we would like him to be the one they send out.

This was amazing service! I had previously used a competitor but when my heat stopped working on a Friday night I reached out to Entek and they were so helpful and responsive. I had a tech get in touch with me right away, try some troubleshooting with me over the phone then schedule a time at 9am the next morning. Jon came out and he was on time, professional and quick to get the job done but made sure he checked that everything was repaired and in working order. He let me know the service comes with a warranty as well. They just got a new customer with me, I’m switching all my HVAC needs to Entek. Thanks!

This morning we woke up to a cold house. Our gas furnace was not working. Entek had installed it quit a number of years ago and it had never given us any trouble. Since it was a Saturday, I called the emergency number and a technician called me within 15 minutes. Gearald arrived and spent 2 hours working on getting us up and warm. He was very knowledgeable, and explained things thoroughly. I would recommend this company any time!

I would highly recommend Entek! Our heat pump was not producing heat all of the sudden and with near freezing temps outside, the house was unbearably cold.

I made a call to Chris McKinney at Entek to see how quickly we could get a tech out to diagnose and fix the problem, fully expecting it would be at least a day or two before we would see anyone. Within about 10 minutes I received a call from Ali asking if we could be home in 30 minutes to meet a tech! I was ecstatic at Ali's response time as she was able to quickly reroute her tech from an appointment that had just been rescheduled.

Tristan showed up promptly in 30 minutes as expected, ready to attack the problem. Tristan was very professional, friendly and efficient. He was able to quickly identify the issue, replace the part from inventory in his truck and we had heat flowing in the house again within 30 minutes! Tristan also gave me some very good information about the life of the system that I had no idea about so I can plan for service over the next few years.
