Our furnace was creating a loud noise on a Sunday morning, so we called Pacific. They came in right away to check our furnace. There’s a problem with the motor obviously and soon other parts might go, too. So somebody is coming in tomorrow, Monday, to discuss our options. To cut the story short, fast service, courteous and very professional. Highly recommended.

A commendation for your Tech Jake. Very thorough, great attitude and personality. He does excellent work and service today that he provided was outstanding. Great company all around.

We chose Pacific based on reviews, word of mouth, and a good experience with TJ and Audra in sales. We received quotes from two other local companies one with same products and one with a different manufacturer. The quotes were all similar in price and recommended equipment. Jeremy led our installation process and despite some unavoidable hiccups he and his team were thorough and professional. They did not leave until the job was done, everything was cleaned up, and we were properly educated on the new system.

update: 8 months after install. We did have some issues after installation that required electrical work repair. It was all done timely and at no cost to us. Also, just had our first maintenance service and Sean was friendly, informative, thorough, and answered all my questions.

Marie and Nicholas came to my home in Olympia today and repaired some aging duct work in a very difficult area to get to and they did an incredible job.
Two very personable, kind, upbeat persons. My highest praise for the Ritz Carlton Service. What a pleasure you both made this experience.

I have dealt with Pacific Heating and Cooling before with my furnace that was the original furnace in a 40+ year old house. They have been helping me to baby it for the last few years. This year, I decided it was time to replace it. I got an appointment to talk about the next steps, what and if something could be done to prolong my old furnace's life, etc. As said, I had pretty much decided to update it already. I was shown several options complete with accurate estimates, and after I made a choice, it was installed the next day. The employees, the service/salesperson, and the installers I dealt with were knowledgeable, professional, and efficient. I definitely will continue to deal with Pacific H and C in the future.

The technician was on time, explained what he was doing, patiently answered all my questions, and was very fast and efficient in his work.
