Pacific Heating & Cooling team recently installed an air conditioner and heater in one of our rental properties. The price was reasonable, the installation crews were courteous and professional, and the customer service was exceptional. The tenants even mentioned how friendly and secure they felt in the house with them. Thank you, James, and your colleagues!

My initial visit was for my annual air conditioning service. During the scheduling process, their staff was also very pleasant to deal with over the phone and via email. Very friendly and responsive. They text you to remind you of the appointment. They also send you a text the day of to let you know who is coming, with a photo (a great security feature), a map so you can see where they are, and reviews from the technician. That feature is fantastic! My questions were patiently answered by the technician, and we were on our way. We've already scheduled them for our furnace service in the fall. I recommend giving them a shot.

Pacific Heating & Cooling was recommended to us after buying a brand new home with a heating ac system put in incorrectly leaving us with a 8-12 degree temperature difference between floors and the original hvac person saying nothing was wrong. Within an hour of calling efficient air a service tech was at my home and diagnosed the problem. Unfortunately the system needed a redesign and zoning to get proper air flow to the first floor. Over the next 2 days techs came to provide options and map out what needed to be done and 5 days later an awesome team of 5 got to work to fix it. By the next day we had a toasty home.
