They double check the initial assessment to make sure the work was really needed. I was refunded money because they determined the work was not necessary. Very honest and up front with explanations of the service and repairs with which ones are critical vs those that would be a good idea. I have used this company for several years and they have always been reliable, friendly, courteous and informative. I would definitely recommend them.

Absolutely great experience. I used them once before in 2019, but while competent, the 2019 experience seemed...minimal. this time they assigned Isaiah, and he was phenomenal. He clearly explained what he was going to do, what he would try to diagnose (thermostat gave a error, but went back to normal next day...leading to me wanting an ac tuneup and diagnosis before summer hit) and explained about how the AC system interacted with the furnace systems. He cleaned everything, and told me how to maintain and check key points. He called and conferred with his senior about the thermostat, since that would be a specialist, also being clear about possible issues, and what steps might lead to...or not. He was also happy to see how clean I kept the furnace and ac areas, saying it truly does make a difference.
He did recommend joining the club, so I would get two cleaning/tuneup services a year as a way to keep everything running smoothly and get discounts on other services if needed. In 2019, I declined because I didn't get the feeling it was worth it, but after Isaiah's long, hard, meticulous work, I definitely saw the worth and need for regular servicing. The AC ran better literally right after he finished and didn't require other ideas he had for improving the cooling flow.
I hope the company appreciates their employee Isaiah, for truly, he made all the difference and made me a very happy customer looking forward to the next tuneup. Fingers crossed that I'll be able to get him on the next tuneup.

Pacific came out to clean our ducts on Friday. They were very friendly and professional and I appreciated that they were so considerate while moving from room to room. They didn't leave a mess behind them and even were able to let us know about areas that may be a problem for us that we can address ourselves.

On Saturday Pacific returned to install our AC. We haven't been able to use it much since the temperature dropped shortly after it was installed, but I can say it looks fantastic. The wiring/piping is neat and well hidden and they brought everything up to code. It looks so much better than it did before. They also took the time to explain how everything worked and helped us put our washing machine back. All of this on top of cleaning thoroughly before they left. I would recommend them for either service in a heartbeat.

One of the best experiences I've ever had with a heating and cooling company. Our heat was not turning on and we have a newborn that was getting very cold. Pacific heating and cooling was able to get someone out the same day to diagnose the issue. Since it was a newer system they recommended I reach out to the manufacturer to see if they would replace the part. A few days later they followed up to make sure the manufacturer took care of us and if not, to get us scheduled to get the issue fixed. Best customer service anyone could ask for. I don't think 5 stars does them justice! Will always use Pacific from this point forward for any heating or cooling needs.

Angel worked hard in the hot afternoon sun. Cleaned the heat pump, explained the testing he was doing, asked what questions I had, and answered them. Especially, appreciated the time he took to explain how the Club Program works. Corrected a past tech’s error in saying it was life time. You buy the number of years you want. A sign of a good employee is one that says he will check on an answer to a customer’s question (is a plan a set # of years, or life time). Showed strength in handling it that way. I renewed based on his handling of the answer. Thank you Angel.

My thermostat went dark after several days of electrical work on my house. I called Pacific and got a same day appointment. Technician was on time, wore protective shoes over his boots, worked quickly and explained my options. Fair rate for good work, available quickly. The bill was not inconsequential but you get what you pay for and I’m happy with the result. Can recommend if you need pros to the job right the first time.

My Tech showed up 15 minutes early and introduced himself.
He went right to work and had the problem solved almost immediately. He told me my options. He was honest and I could have went a less expensive way, but I went ahead and put the new thermostat in and signed on with Pacific heating and cooling with an annual maintenance contract. If I have any problems in the future I know that they will be here the same day, and at 67 years old that truly means a lot, and Last but not least,

I had nothing but the best experience with Pacific Heating & Cooling. It started with Matt coming out to my home for an estimate. Very professional and knowledgeable, very honest and friendly. Matt did not try to upsell or push any options on us. He called out what could be done and what did not need to be done with our home/ furnace.

Then the installers came out and they were great as well! Same day install, very friendly and helpful when it came to explaining the products being put in. I am 100% a lifetime customer.

If your appliance isn't working right and you want someone to charge you to come out and not fix it, this is your team. No matter how trivial the fix they will quote you a new one instead. Very disappointed in the service. Joseph figured out what was wrong in three minutes, and then put on a big diagnostic show, quoting $2500 for services but recommending a consultation for a system replacement quote instead. I happened to notice his reaction when he found it so I thanked him for his time, paid for the diagnostic, and after he left fixed it in one minute with a bottle brush. Net cost $130 for the diagnostic and $0 for the bottle brush I already had.

Edit: Refunded. Not the point. They sold me this thing. If you don't service what you sell say so up front. Don't send a salesman pretending to be a service tech.

They got to us quickly when our furnace wasn't working. Zach was really friendly and professional. He did a thorough job and got things running and explained everything well.
