The my came before their estimated time of arrival which was nice and the guy that looked at our system was very professional and explained his findings and helped us understand our system a lot better too. Luckily for us it was an easy fix. He was in an out in under an hour. I definitely recommend this company!

Our AC unit stopped working on one of the hottest days of the year. I called in the morning and they came out the same day. Freddie was our repairman. He stayed late to get our AC working and gave us a fair price. He was very professional and took time to answer all of our questions. We have used this company in the past and have always been happy with their service. Highly recommend!

We hired this company 15 years ago in our last house. When the heat suddenly went out in the new house, just a few days after moving in, we were at a loss of what to do. After terrible experiences with a two other companies, I remembered Eagle. We called them and in just a few days we had a completely new furnace and A/C. They were polite, professional, on-time, and able to handle a complete replacement and removal of the old (25+ years old) system. Could not be happier! Everything was perfect. It was raining on installation day and they were even scrupulous about not getting any mud anywhere. I absolutely recommend this company!

I have been chasing an issue with my homes a/c for a while now. Thankfully I decided to have another HVAC company come out to take a look at why my a/c keeps freezing up. Well, the Eagle techs displayed a completely different level of competence (much higher) than the last company I dealt with. They noticed an obvious (to them anyway) issue that should have been caught or at least addressed before. After a few hours the a/c was running properly again. I waited to write this review until we got another heat wave, and well...the a/c is still working just fine. I will never EVER use another HVAC company. Prompt, professional, knowledgeable, extremely fair and clear pricing, and local. I highly recommend these folks.

Jesse came out first thing in the morning when our furnace stopped working and was extremely professional and thorough on checking our furnace. He took everything apart and checked every function and even checked the vents under the furnace and on the roof to ensure there were no clogs. He determined it was the control unit that was shorting out and even had the part on hand. He also walked us through preventative maintenance tips to extend the life of our furnace. Price was very reasonable and he was here for just over an hour. Will definitely call them again!

I cannot speak highly enough of my family's experience with Eagle. We have been Door-Mar customers for years, and the upstairs AC unit of our dual system finally died after 21 years of service. Naturally, we went to Door-Mar first for our quote to replace both 21 year old AC units, because that's who we had used for the last several years for our HVAC work. They quoted us what I thought was an outrageous price for two low-quality builder-grade systems, and frankly I was insulted by their quote after having been a loyal customer for so long. So we got 3 more quotes, one of which was Eagle (who came highly recommended by my parents). Tony, their representative, came out to the house and took over 90 minutes to thoroughly look at our setup and estimate the exact needs of our house, while the reps from other companies were there for 15-20 minutes and seemed to take less care in their estimates. Tony's attitude, obvious attention to our exact wants and needs, and overall outstanding professionalism left a very distinct impression on us. We received their quote immediately, and after the other quotes came in, Eagle was still a little high in our opinion. They were 3rd highest quote, but offered the best service plan and name brand equipment vs the other 3 quotes. We reached out to Tony and expressed our desire to have Eagle do the job, but we also expressed that we needed their pricing to be a little more competitive. Tony and the team at Eagle sharpened their pencils, and were able to come in as the 2nd lowest bidder while also still offering the same service and equipment. It was a no-brainer for us. They offered convenient financing options, were able to get our installation set up promptly, and the crew that did our installation was very respectful and pleasant to have around the house all day. In fact, the job was quoted to have 1 crew install both units over 2 days, but when our installation date came, 2 crews showed up and knocked out both installations in 1 day. We were thrilled. I own a couple small businesses of my own, and I am constantly griping about how customer service is lost in today's world. That is absolutely not the case with these guys. I haven't experienced customer service this outstanding in this field of work in years, maybe ever. This review doesn't even do our experience justice, it was top-shelf Grade-A out-of-this-world exceeding of our expectations. Tony, if you ever read this review, just know that you really knocked our socks off my man! We are over the moon impressed. Thank you Eagle for treating us right, and make sure you take care of my guy Tony!

Our air conditioning system was old and on it's last legs. They came out and gave us a fair price for a quality unit to be installed. We are very happy with the Carrier unit and works much better than our old furnace that was only a few years old. They are very professional and did a great job on the install. They also offer financing through a 3rd party.

These men work hard they have held me and my husband many times just don't even minor stuff. They do an excellent job.
