The technician was really educated, and they worked quickly and effectively. They performed a fantastic job of describing the issues with our system and how to resolve them. In addition, they gave us everything we required for future maintenance, which is fantastic given how frequently mishaps of this nature occur. To anyone in need of heating and cooling services, we would without a doubt suggest them!

be aware big scam, i called for a tune up on my furnace and they told me it would be 150 dollars and told me i can pay now but if i pay when they show up it would be 300 so i payed over the phone. they set up a time to come out and couldnt make it so they rescheduled and they gave me a 3 hour window and still showed up 2 hours after that. the technician shows up looks at the furnace and wants to charge me an extra 160 dollars i told him i already paid and he said no that was for a membership so now im out 150 dollars and no work done. i called their office and the lady tells me she doesnt see what the big deal is its still a good price. very unprofessional and i hope no one else gets scammed like i did

The new furnace is working just perfectly and cannot hesitate to recommend their great commitment and professionalism. Great!!

He explained what he did and what was going on and was a straight shooter. I chose Pacific Heating & Cooling to help me with my non-working wall heater. My technician arrived on time and was very professional. He explained what the possible causes were and proceeded to fix it as he had the parts on hand. I'm very happy with the work provided and hopefully I will get a few more years out of my old heater!

Technician was polite and cooperative. Put on booties over his shoes. Two hour repair accomplished in time and cost was as advised. Have hired Pacific Heating & Cooling for years and will continue to do so when needed. I highly recommend.
