Four Seasons Heating, Air Conditioning, Plumbing, & Electric

They left the remains and trash of the old unit on our 4th floor in front of our neighbor’s doors , same for third floor and basement! They didn’t pick up behind themselves leaving my neighbors disgruntle and inconvenienced. When I called them about my concerns they were slow to respond. We got a 7k unit and only got 200 dollar worth service! Unfortunately I won’t be recommending Four Seasons to anyone

I recently purchased a house, and within two months, the AC unit went out. I decided to call 4 Seasons to have them take a look since the house wouldn't get under 75. The tech came right out in told me the AC was not repairable. The customer service lady was nice, and the tech said I needed a new one and proceeded to quote me a price of $8000. He said that someone could come out to install it today, and so I agreed because it was too hot. The installation people came out and started fixing the HVAC unit. While fixing the unit, I was in the tub, and suddenly, the water stopped. I exited the tub and went downstairs to find out what was happening. The man said that he was going to have to shut the water off; I then let him know I was taking a bath and to let me know when he was going to cut it back on so I could proceed with my bath. Three hours later, he cut the water back on without notifying me, and since he cut the water off while I was in the tub, I never cut the knobs off, and it ended up flooding the house. Four Seasons never apologized never offered any compensation; when I asked the man what happened and, he just apologized and said “I’m sorry, I forgot to tell you that I was cutting the water back on but that's my fault” He said it wouldn't be any damage because it was only on for 10 minutes. Next day I woke up to this and all four season can say is go through your insurance company.

Thank you 4 Seasons for Removal of an old out dated furnace and replaced it with a Lennox high efficiency variable speed furnace. Their representative was very knowledgeable and patient with me and answer all my questions. Their technicians were here on time they were friendly very knowledgeable about the work they were doing and explain each and every detail and even had me come down to view their work as they were installing the unit. I'm very pleased with everything that they have done. They even explain something that they weren't able to do due to the weather and safety concerns, but assured me that they will be right back as soon as the weather warms up for them. I agree with that because safety is first above all, and I will recommend them and their representative to anyone and everyone that I know that need any services or repairs. 4 Seasons Heating and Air Conditioning plumbing and electrical are the greatest. I'm so thankful for everything that they've done for me and my family.😊😊😊
I want to personally Thank Wes Maka Sales Consultant for his professionalism and knowledge and helping me choose the right furnace. And even though I did not get their names I want to thank the two installers that installed the unit for us they did a great job and great work and cleaned up everything after themselves and hauled away the way the old unit also. They have my deepest gratitude and admiration thank you again 4 Seasons.😊😊😊

I was very impressed with the saleperson. He was very knowledgeable and thorough.

The installation was done very promptly without any issues. Accidental damage to a utility sink was repaired the next day at no charge.

The HVAC system I installed has worked very well without any issues and was priced at a very competitive rate.

The technicians informed me 30 min before arrival and were on time. They installed both AC and furnace professionally, checked it multiple times to ensure functions working properly and had a walkthrough with me to make me understand how things will work now. They kept the area clean. I'll will hire them for future projects and recommend for any such work.

Orlando Pisano and Pablo Arias did an AMAZING job installing our new high efficiency HVAC system! Furthermore, they treated our home as if it was their own and protected all our surfaces and were respectful from the moment they came to our home until they finished the job. There was a simple air filter cover missing from the overall furnace kit, but since then I’ve communicated with Four Seasons who has treated me with the upmost dignity and respect, and they are taking care of the matter.

Every single time you speak with any associate from Four seasons, they treat you the way customers should be treated and treat you like a valued family member!

I called the company because our AC stopped working. The technician told us we need a new AC because it was leaking some fluid. We agreed to replace that unit trusting the technician. We were charged $7,000 for this unit. A week later the AC stopped working again. My husband went downstairs and noticed the new pipe they installed was frosted and leaking. We called them again to fix this issue. The tech said it was fine just the catch pan was out of place. A few days later again AC stops working. We call again they send a technician out and know he says it a control board issue and probably got water damage that would cost US another $1,700 to replace! We said we are not paying for that because they obviously caused the damage when installing that new AC because if that damage was there originally the past technicians should have been able to see it. Now the company has left us with no AC for 3 day in 90 degree weather because they are supposed “look into it” but every time I call their is no update and I get told someone will reach out with a resolution but no one has yet to do that for the past 3 days!

Scott came to our home on Friday July 7th to do an A/C tune-up/check on our 3yr old Lennox . Our unit was in great shape but blanketed thickly w/cottonwood fluff . Which he removed beautifully . He then came inside , covered his shoes and inspected the air handler . He was very professional, knowledgeable and polite .

No problems here. They scheduled our appt quickly. The furnace install was efficient. The installer Antwoine was very nice guy he knew his job well. He hooked us up onlibe with the nest thermostat as well. He went above and beyond. Their prices are very reasonable with financing available.

Karim and Matt gave me a nice price for the years (decade plus) service with 4 season. And the service technicians that came 6/29 was professional, informative, kind, and helpful with installation of new furnace w/Nest Thermostat. I recommend Matt and Karim for doing a excellent job behind the scenes of making sure I'm good with the product and the service. Thank you 4 Seasons for looking out for your dedicated customers.
