    I was hesitant to try but the advert convince me to go. I had 2 more quotes for a new AC unit and they beat them all plus I got a good deal with a "better unit" with "free" Nest Learning thermostat. The salesperson James W is very responsive to calls and super accommodating. The installers Jeff and Von are very funny, they are bickering at each other but the outcome was excellent. Perfect match if they don't agree because the outcome is the best, nothing was missed. I can go and go about my experience forever but none was negative at all. Very delighted with the job and recommended.

    Darin Shine arrived at 11:30 on the dot which was the exact first time of my window. He showed me the issues, made sure I understand what I needed to do to maintain my unit, made sure I knew about my coupon, and spent extra time working to get my unit gate off. He was amazing!

    Very professional company. We needed a new air conditioner. They came out Monday night to give an estimate which was comparable to others but got a rebate from costco through them. They got me set up with financing right there which made the whole process easy. They came out the next day and got everything installed. Tricky job in the attic. Crew was great.

    My Technician Ely was very interested in doing a Awesome job and delivered courteous service. However Joe one of the Management team members, customer service was less than great. I had two services done heating yearly maintenance and also air-conditioning yearly maintenance both within a yearly maintenance guide line and at the same visit, which Ely explained he only was informed about the heating. Joe charged me $629.00 when I was under the yearly no break down cost to me. I was willing to pay some but when I looked up the parts one was $7.00 the other $25.00 so I was charged $400.00 for what I was under the yearly service agreement. Joe from management team also referred to the facts about your 24 hour service team you all have as if this is a bother for him personally.Joe told me he was doing me a favor, by not charging me more. Just wanted to let you all know, customer service is highly appreciated but at this time because of Joe not Ely I will be giving you 1 star and hopefully you all will reach out to me because I was told the part for my air-conditioning unit had a one year warranty and the manufacturer of the part says 5years. So please explain to me why, I was treated this way ,and about the warranty on the part. I am still waiting for my emailed copy of my receipt and warranty for all inspected parts. Thanking you in advance Gypsy.

    Four season was amazing! My AC went out during 4th of July weekend and NASCAR weekend and they got a technician out the day I called and he was great he got everything fixed even though it was raining. He was very nice and took the time to explain the issue to me.

    The installers were originally scheduled to be at my house between 8a and 10a. Then when they verified the day before, the arrival time was changed to 8a to 12 noon. Then i received a call saying they were going to be late, around 1p. No one showed up until 3p. When i called to ask why, no one at the company seemed to have answer or care why the installer was so late. The installer said he did not start till noon. He was very nice and got the job done in an efficant mannor. I would not recommend the company because they did not care to explain why or care that the installation was going to be so late. Just blew me off and told me to talk to the installer who had nothing to do with it.

    I replaced my furnace and AC and four seasons did a very nice / professional job! The price was competitive and there was a couple of extras that were included to make the deal better for me. The team that came out to install were really good guys and they did a great job. It was a pleasure to work with them. Nick ,the salesperson, was knowledgeable and quick to answer emails and to get me to the right people to get things done quickly (after I accepted the estimate) .
    Only one negative thing and I blame myself for it. The furnace that I purchased was I think a better quality than the AC. I didn’t think to ask about all of the different AC’s that they offered. Lesson learned for next time to ask more questions. Other than that…it was a overall great experience. I plan on using this company for maintenance of the system every 6 months.
