    Annual Technicians have always been great! Had a problematic install 5 years ago (due to inexperienced installation crew?) but units have been performing well overall. Not sure if I would use them again, but 10 yr warranty was a plus.

    They had to install a new A/C and furnace. The young men who came out to install it were very polite and knowledgeable. Answered ALL our questions and worked very hard and diligently to get it done in a timely manner, it was a very hot day. They made sure we were satisfied before they left to the next call. Antonio and Mario deserve an A+.

    I called because our air conditioner wasn't working properly. He was here 2.5 hours after I had called! He was very nice, professional and polite. He kept us informed to exactly what he was doing, and what the issues could be. Luckily it was nothing serious. He had it fixed within 30 minutes. 🌝 We will definitely call 4 Seasons again when we are in need of any kind of repairs.

    Although I didn't actually have work done, the gentleman came in to do an estimate, and although he didn't see the problem with the water heater, he took the time to find it. At first he and I was sure there wasn't a problem, and while I was ready to accept that, he kept trying just to be sure and later found where the leak was! Professional, competent, and friendly - he even played with my youngest grandson, lol! I definitely appreciated his effort, which I felt was up and beyond what I expected!

    Four Seasons was very professional, informative, and responsive. Within 2 days of my tune up, they were back onsite to replace my old furnace (1983) and the motor in my other unit. The servicemen who installed the new furnace were respectful of my property. They made sure to remove the old unit and everything else, so my place pretty much looked like before the installation. They answered all of my questions and even provided me with information I didn't even know to ask about. On top of all that, they linked me with seamless financing that worked perfectly within my budget. Now I have a brand-new unit, a satisfied tenet, and heat that works much better than before. Peace of mind is what they really provided. All without straining my bottom line. They have definitely moved up to be my "go to" servicer for all things heating. Keep up the good work guys.

    The markup on your products is shameful, if I can get the exact same units or slightly better for half the price you're in the wrong.
    Your tech that was only out for an estimate left a nice big four seasons sticker on my furnace, that went in the trash.
    You don't seem to offer anything above or beyond any of your competitors so it's a hard no from me. No to the sale and no to any service calls.

    Technician arrived on time. Provided a courtesy 30 minute advance notice of arrival. Upon arrival did a thorough check in to inquire about my experiences with the units to date. Perform the required service and took the time to address my concerns and educate me on the product. I truly appreciated the consultative approach. Highly recommend this technicians technique to what would normally be a annual routine cleaning. Thank You, Four Seasons!!

    The repair technician that diagnosed the dead A/C was very helpful and considerate. He helped us select a properly sized furnace and A/C.

    The installation technicians were professional and courteous. They explained how things would be done and provided updates on progress.

    Overall I give all of them 5-stars. Thanks to them I will have A/C this summer and heat next winter without worry about either.

    Very disappointed in this company. My furnace broke in the fall & was advised repairs would be over $3000. We ended buying a new furnace. I had coverage on my homeowners insurance policy & requested invoice to submit. Once I received the invoice the repairs were under $2000. Once the insurance company reviewed the invoice, we found one part they were charging over $700 for a $10 part. Get a second opinion. Don’t trust them

    Our guy Deon (??) was fantastic. Walked us through the process and the benefits of the clean. Even made us realize how dirty our ducts and vents were. Very professional, very nice. Would highly recommend again.
