Miguel was very nice and quickly went on with his work.
As I was having issues with my thermostat he suggested that I install a new Nest thermostat that was easier to work with plus I was eligible for a $100. Rebate from my gas and electric companies
He was also friendly and helpful

Some technicians here are knowledgeable. However, I would not recommend. I called four seasons to check my furnace after smelling gas around the area. They told me it was coming from the old furnace and it needed to be replaced. I replaced the furnace with them, and the gas smell continued. Beyond that, the technician messed with my built in humidifier, causing it to leak into the furnace and shut off the entire system (twice) which included my AC when it was well over 90
Degrees in Chicago. They sent out different technicians — none of which could identify or fix the gas issue. One tech directed me to call their plumbing division to investigate further, so I scheduled an appointment with them. The plumbers never showed, and when I called them, they explained that they cancelled the job after reading the notes that technicians came and didn’t smell gas. Yet they never alerted me of the cancellation. Extremely disappointed with this experience and will not be using them again.

I have never been so appalled by a company and its absolute lack of customer service. They have taken no ownership for the work they have done. We had four seasons come out to our home because parts of our house were not heating. They told us our boiler needed to be replaced for $14,900. Since temperatures were dangerously cold we moved forward with them without getting a second opinion. After the new boiler was installed the same half of our home was still not heating. The radiators were ice cold. We immediately called four seasons and asked them to come back and see what the problem was. The weather for the next few days was suppose to stay well below 15 degrees and we were concerned our pipes would freeze/burst. I mentioned this multiple times on the phone. They eventually agreed to send a tech later that evening. The technician, Germar, acknowledged the boiler was not heating correctly however chose not to stay and fix the problem because my husband and I were not personally home. It was Christmas Eve and we had gone to see family. He left our house after a half hour without calling or notifying us that he was going to leave. When I reached out to four seasons and told them this and explained my concerns about our pipes freezing they said the soonest they could get someone out there was two days later. The next morning my husband and I woke up and discovered that our pipes had in fact burst and created serious damage in our garage. This wasn’t a small leak this was severe water damage. Our garage ceiling is on the verge of collapsing. Outlets and light fixtures are filled with water. Our personal items are destroyed. I immediately called four seasons and they arranged to have a plumber come out. They still would not have someone come out to look at the new boiler they installed to repair it for another day or two. My husband noticed the psi was over 50 which alarmed us. It was only after we called and told four seasons this that agreed to send someone out that same day. We had (2) hvac technicians and one plumber come out yesterday and all of them said there was nothing they could do and I needed to talk to customer service about a restoration team coming out. I called customer service every hour asking if they had an update on when we could expect the restoration team to come out as we are currently without WATER or HEATING. I for the hundredth time stressed to them my concern about more pipes freezing and bursting but no one from their team seemed to care. They promised me they would be sending out a restoration team the following morning and would call me with a time. They never called. I called them again this morning asking about the restoration team they promised to send out and was then told they would not be sending one out. I finally received a call from Holly in customer service who recommended I file a claim with our home insurance. Our home is currently inhabitable due to four seasons negligence.

The installation went well. They were extremely efficient. The entire process of getting a quote to installation took less than 1 week. Overall, the price seems fair but feel like they had a lot more room for flexibility based on conversations with friends who also used their service.

The technicians were helpful and personable.

We had Four Seasons out to clean our ducts and vents. They did a great job explaining the process ahead of time (it was the first time we've done this). The technician was on time and was extremely professional. We had a really good experience and will be using them again for future HVAC, plumbing, and/or electrical projects.

EDITED ON 6/30: HOMEOWNERS BEWARE - this is not a joke. I’ve really had enough of Four Seasons, they are predatory! On 6/21 I received a $3,689.00 invoice from their accounting department and in the description it stated “Plumbing for work completed and started” but I DID NOT hire them! First, plumbing work wasn’t started as I hired a different company to repair my broken pipes. I'm happy I chose a smaller business as they offered a more competitive quote. Second, there’s NO written agreement between me and Four Seasons for that amount! How did they come up with such a number, slap it on a document and expect me to pay for work that NEVER started. I called them immediately on 6/21 and still no update. I'm concerned they're trying to scam me, maybe dragging their feet so they could come up with a document and forge my signature. I would not recommend this business - they'll route you to an aggressive sales person, send random invoices, they take advantage of new homeowners and charge an insanely unreasonable amount so they could make more on commissions. Do your research.

The first day Four Seasons was supposed to install my new AC unit they had to cancel because they failed to obtain the required permit. A complete waste of a day off work for me. I had to reschedule and was told the technicians would arrive between 8 and 11am. They showed up at 2:00pm and didn’t even apologize. No one called to tell me they were running late, I called the company twice- at 11:45am and 1:00pm - and was told both times they were en route and 30 minutes away. The first customer service person I spoke to was nice, but the second woman could not have been more rude. To top it off the AC unit is extremely loud, nothing like what I was promised. For $12,000 it should be silent. It also now makes a loud, constant hum, like a motor running, even when it’s turned off. This never happened before and it keeps me up at night. Save yourself a huge hassle and go with one of the other HVAC companies.

We had a big job needing 2 AC units and a furnace. The installation crew was very friendly and knowledgeable. They worked diligently in an effort to not cut into our evening hours. They cleaned up everything. The sales team was very thorough. One suggestion is to make the homeowner aware of how long it takes. Our job took 9 hours. Which was fine for us, but I could see how it could have been an issue if we had Friday night plans.

Had a great experience with Four Seasons it started off with them being flexible with the scheduling to fit me in after my A.C’s Freon went super low. The young lady went above and beyond to get me scheduled same day, and she did. Then met with guys who came out and they did actually call 30 min before arriving which most say they will do, but don’t. That was a huge help given I was rushing home to meet them they looked at the situation explained It would be better to get a new A.C into and then gave me an astronomical price ( I was expecting a high price because I know their amongst the more pricier of companies and ) but wasn’t expecting the one I got, BUT tech/sales guy Juan called to the office and talked to Jesus and they both worked to make me comfortable with a different basic model and gave a better warranty on that model so it was what I needed in terms of price and was glad they compromised and worked that out then to top it off they was able to get me scheduled for the next day after work for an install, so once again they saved me from worrying about trying to get a day off to get the unit installed . So Juan was great and Jesus as well. They made me think about calling for other services for sure although I had used four seasons before that experience was so pleasing that I was entertaining calling for plumbing ,etc all in all they were great off this visit.

The experience started off great with Curt, our initial consultant. He was professional, knowledgeable, and candid. Scheduled a repair a couple of days out. The technicians that came out were also great. Had working AC again in just a matter of days, and at a fair price!
