    Bernard arrived a mere hour after my call into the emergency line on an early Sunday evening. Within 90 minutes he not only fixed the existing wiring issue which had our furnace inoperable for 37 hours but but got our new smart thermostat up and running. He was promp, fast, professional and even nice to my kids. Kudos to you Bernard for great customer service and ways to hire great team members Four Seasons!!! Would highly recommend, and will definitely use again.

    Last week we had a new AC and Furnace installed by Four Seasons. The salesman Curt was very knowledgeable, helpful and very attentive to ensure we had all questions answered and to ensure we got the best value for what we needed. They had the best warranty, great servicing plan and financing that would work for our family. Four Seasons kept us on a list for any cancellations so we could get our units installed before the hot weather came in, which they had an opening and fit us in! The 2 gentlemen, Mario and Rinaldo, that came to install the new units were great! They were polite, explained all work being done and cleaned up great. I would highly recommend their services.

    We had a NEW hot water gas BOILER installed just before the cold winter weather, so HAPPY with it. The installation took a day, two guys working taking out the old one. The guys were polite and professional. They explained what they were going to do. We did have a small dripping from one new part that was replaced a few days later. Good competitive price as we got three estimates. Best warranty of the three.

    Update** Manager called me with in a hour of this post to correct the issue and resend another professional rep out to reinspect the system. Much appreciated!

    The rep took no longer than 3 minutes to look at my system and determine I need to buy a whole new system. Mind you, my system I literally less than a year old. I asked him to maybe swap out the control board and see if that would fix the issue. He didn't even bother, told me I need to buy a new system from him for 7.5k. I asked him to leave after that.

    Our upstairs AC was not working, still under warranty with Four Seasons. I showed all the paperwork to technician. He said warranty is no longer valid since Four Seasons did not do yearly maintenance. I told him it HAS been maintained by other HVAC companies. He said it had to be Four Seasons. So of course I needed it to be assessed and severely disappointed at the same time. My capacitor was broke, he showed me the readings of the old one. One reading was 4.8 and he said it should be 5, other was, 34.7 (not sure about this number) but he said it should be 35. Also said my brand new thermostat from last year wasn’t working (it worked fine all winter). I told him we just got 2 new furnace’s and a new downstairs AC by another company (I told him the companies name) and he proceeded to say bad things about that company, how they are known to take used thermostats from other homes and reuse them. I paid $823 yesterday for these 2 items and the service call. He never showed me how to use the thermostat, I only like to control it myself, no programs. It was 70 degrees this morning when I woke up. I had to google how to set this thermostat. I sat down and cried when he left!! I am a nurse, 47 years at the same hospital, I would never cheat anybody out of important information. I am very disappointed in Four Seasons for not honoring my warranty and I was told on the phone when I made the appointment that “yes this will all be covered” by some young lady who looked up my information. UPDATE: I received a call immediately after I posted this and the lady was very nice and understanding and said she would reinstate my warranty (that was NOT expired btw) and she would get back to me in 24hours to resolve this issue and make things right. I WAS NEVER CONTACTED BY HER. VERY SAD AND DISSATISFIED. $823 is sooooo much for a unit under warranty. UPDATE: They want me to show proof that I had this AC cleaned and checked yearly, Of course I did, I use several different companies, private and commercial, I will not name names on here. Did I save receipts, of course, but over the years I thin out my file cabinet!! Do you save receipts for every oil change you get done on your vehicles. Also, I reiterated the fact that the tech replaced a BRAND NEW THERMOSTAT THAT WAS 1/12 years old and working just fine all winter AND was working all day and night (I had the fan on only until my service call)!! I was charged $479 for this Emerson Thermostat and I had a new Aprilaire Thermostat that was working just fine( I had to trust this tech and allow him to fix my AC, right)?? So now I have to try and call these various companies to see if they will help me out with duplicate receipts in my spare time. I AM 63y/o and still work FT, I am a nurse. I will try to download pictures of my thermostats!! But I am not good at tech stuff.

    My AC is almost 10 years old. In my annual maintenance calls, this is the first time that I've ever been seen at the early end of the service window. Thank you for that! The tech was friendly and very polite as well. Much appreciated. The only improvement that I would suggest is to have the same rep come back for each service call, or at the most, assign 1-2 service reps. This would enable your company to build personal relationships with your customers over time and would probably make customers feel more loyal.

    I've been a customer's for Four Seasons for several years now. And I have always followed up with. all there maintenance that the system required. and lately there service has been very terrible and extremely expensive.
    I know quite a few people. That have their Central air system . for over ten years and have never experienced any type of issues like i'm going through Four Seasons wanted to charge me. $3000 Dollars to fix it. and even then, The repairman wasn't sure if the system will continue, To work wish it made absolutely no sense. They were trying to push me into purchasing a $9000 Dollars unit. Again After 10 years. I mean, let's think about this. You have to buy a brand new unit. Every ten years After keeping up with the yearly maintenance. This can only mean that their Center air system isn't reliable By me having my mother that 85 Years old With health problems Stay with me. It is extremely important that the AC run at all times. As your customer, I am extremely very disappointed..

    The entire process and experience with four seasons through Costco was absolutely easy, professional, helpful, and good overall. Our salesman Michael was very understanding of our needs, concerns and budget and worked diligently to provide the best product available to us with our budget constraints. The installation process was also wonderful, Francisco and Manny were both very professional, helpful and knowledgeable. They had great respect for our home made sure everything was working correctly and efficiently. They kept home clean and that was greatly appreciated.

    Good work but overpriced.

    After a few days, four seasons called me back and asked how could they make my experience better after paying my bill. They ended up sending out another technician free of charge and we ultimately bought a smart thermostat. They also gave us a free cleaning for the AC and furnace. We feel a little better after our experience with four season.

    I had a terrible experience with my initial service with the service provider coming out. I had to service calls with me waiting 8 hours and nobody serviced my AC on Wednesday. I called on Wednesday at 3:00 and asked the technician if he was coming out and he stated no it’s too late. My appointment was for 12:00-4:00. This was an unproductive day because I closed out my schedule for this visit. I want to Thank Chris from the call center he was the Best!
    On Thursday my second appointment I had a very professional and well trained and reliable service technician. He answered all my questions about future service and helpful tips. I am glad I had a nice friendly and productive service call on Thursday. He was able to get my AC working at its best.
