Four Season representatives and installers were very professional, detailed, helpful, honest, courteous, clean, polite, prompt, patient and respectful . The nicest part was you actually talked to the representative, installer and a manager. I give Four Seasons 10 stars. I was very, very, very pleased and happy with the service I received. A friend recommended Four Season to me and I have absolutely no regrets. Kudos to Four Season. A great, great, great big shoutout to Four Season.

Over all, this was a positive experience. The installation team did forget to put the caps on the service valves, but considering they were wrapping up at 9:15 pm and it was dark, I wasn't upset about it. I called the office and they sent a tech that afternoon to install the valve caps. I can hardly believe how quiet my new a/c unit is.
I will certainly continue with 4 Seasons.

I’ve learned over the years that you get what you pay for, and when I’ve looked to lower-priced businesses to help, the repairs were never lasting or done properly. We love using Four Seasons Heating and Air Conditioning, Inc. We have recommended this company to all our friends and family. They are always great with their reminders for our semi annual tune ups. They communicate great with their arrival times and their techs are always so professional and helpful.

Having and old AC that finally needed to be replaced, we contacted many companies and Four Seasons was the top choice. They offered $4000 off and 72mths interest free upon approval. We received a quote on a Monday and by Friday ready to install. Installers came and asked to sign the agreement. It was $4000 more than originally quoted. We contacted the guy that initially came out and said the quote given was without the interest free payment and only if paid cash/check. No explanation before or after. Pretty much take it or leave it. We were so disappointed. The installers apologized for him and offered to just put the AC instead of what we initially agreed to (heater and ac because quote was too good to be true). A new quote came in only for AC at almost the same fee and originally quoted for Heater and AC. Unfortunately, we had to go along with it because who has that money handy to pay without the interest option?? So disappointed at quote being misleading, with no explanation at time of quote.The installers were very professional and did their work in a timely manner. I wouldn’t recommend because I wouldn’t want someone else to experience what we did!

We unfortunately had a small fire in our air conditioner condenser that totaled the unit and knowing our whole system was over 20 years old, needed to replace everything. Four Seasons was great from start to finish. The sales rep sat down and explained all of the different options/combinations and worked within our budget price matching another offer we received. The installers were great too-explained all of the steps and answered questions very thoroughly. The sales rep even came by to check on the job and bring lunch to the installers. It was a long day, but they took their time especially making sure everything was running properly before they left and cleaning up when they were done.

I called for service and was VERY pleasantly surprised that they offered same day service without even being asked!! Most companies have trouble staffing and therefore meeting customer expectations. This company greatly exceeded mine. Not only did they come out within hours of calling, but when they realized they needed a fluid that was not on their truck, they set another appt time for later THE SAME DAY for another technician to bring it! Can’t say enough. Will use this company any time I am in need of their services!

Second time using 4 Seasons. Both technicians were punctual, very friendly, knowledgeable and were efficient. Absolutely impressed by the level of service and will continue to use them for all my HVAC related needs

We use Four Seasons a lot, but they have become quite aggravating lately because they think they have a right to send you as many text messages and emails as their system can support. Just got one on Friday night (!) "reminding" me to review them. They texted me multiple times leading up the appointment starting about a week before, and, on the morning of the appointment, they sent me an email saying to expect a call between noon and 4 PM. At 10:30 AM, they called while I was in the shower to say they "are on their way!", and they arrived before noon. They send so many texts and emails that they must not have time to check them for accuracy. They must be so confident of their superiority that they don't care how much they aggravate their customers. They do a good job and are reliable and a good value, but someone else might be, too, and that someone might not be so aggravating! NB: If it is so important for you to get good reviews, try to avoid sending text reminders about it on a Friday night! (They just called, probably thinking that the best way to respond to someone who doesn't want to be texted on a Friday night is to CALL them even later on Friday night! I used the same dentist for 30 years but have stopped, and one reason is their belief that having a phone number entitles you to use it whenever you want, however you want. Not a big deal, maybe, but there is always a single straw that breaks the camel's back - how many do you want to pile on it needlessly??)

We are so happy with the service and product that Four Seasons provided!! The technicians were fabulous. They were friendly, professional and just plain kind. In a day where good customer service seems to be a rarity, you guys knocked it out of the park! This company has created a raving fan in us! We would recommend Four Seasons anytime to anyone.
