Our tech, Antonio I think, was great! He was friendly, knowledgeable, professional, and all around a great guy. I appreciate his patience with me and taking the time to explain things to me. If we have to service again I want him!

The technician Will was excellent!!. He was honest, thorough, knowledgeable, friendly and did a great job saving me expenses. He didn't rush to conclusions during the diagnostic. He took his time and pinpointed the problem. The company i hired to do the job before tried to rob me and kept adding on expenses. I terminated their services and called the Four Seasons. I saved hundreds of dollars . Im impressed by the ethics of buisness that Will displayed.Very satisfied with his performance and will definitely recommend to family and friends. Had scheduled a routine A/C check for yesterday. As it turned out, my A/C was not cooling my home at all. First, I live in a 7 story condo, and it was difficult to locate my unit on the rooftop. Then the technician discovered a wiring error that was causing the cooling problem. Through it all, he was extremely thorough and patient. What was expected to be a brief call took most of the afternoon. Problem solved.

I have been Four Seasons customer for more than 10 years. Their technicians are very knowledgeable. Any parts in warranties are replaced without any hassle. I highly recommend them.

The small heating & air-conditioning company which my wife and I used in the past stopped answering our phone calls. They probably went out of business. We liked the Four Seasons Heating, Air-Conditioning, Plumbing, and Electric advertising so well that we gave them a call. They were immediately responsive and provided an excellent quality service. We figure that they are not going to go out of business during our remaining lifetimes. So, we now have a new company upon which we can depend.

They were on time and gave me good service, but their prices are beyond unreasonable. It should not cost $5000 in labor to have a heater installed. Lower your prices and maybe I'll consider coming back. Until then, you have lost a customer

Had Four Seasons out for my annual maintenance (something I’ve done since 2017). The tech was friendly, and found that one of the coolant lines was missing its insulating. Thought he had enough in his van, but was willing to go to Home Depot to get more if needed. I told him to skip the trip and use what he had. My mistake was not asking how much the basic foam insulation, sold at Home Depot would cost me. 15 minutes later and a foot of foam and tape – 202 bucks. That said - the customer service team is incredible and made me happy once again. Return customer!

The technician was very professional and personable. He explained the problem with the system and fixed it. He was very patient in answering my questions. He made sure that I saw the newly installed parts. He ran a test of the system before leaving. Also he was respectful of my property. Lastly he made suggestions to me regarding how to get the most from my system's remaining years.
