Our Air conditioner went out. They were here the next day and confirmed it needed to be replaced as well as our 30 year old furnace. 2 installers worked 12 hours straight the next day without any breaks. Very pleased so far.

When I called for a quote, a person came right away, discussed my options and scheduled the replacement of Old AC unit.
The installers were on time, they were polite and professionals. They protected the floors and were careful not to dirty my place. All my questions were answered. I noticed they worked diligently without taking a break. They checked all rooms for air flow.
Because I am not able to move around that well, I was not able to go down the steps to see the completed project. The head installer, Larry took the time to show me photos and gave me an explanation of what they had done. Dealing with this company’s employees and services has been a pleasure.
The unit seems to be working fine. I had Lennox Heating air systems in another home and it ran without problems. So far, so good.I am not able to step to the site to take photos.

The two techs that came to my place went so far above and beyond what I had expected. Not only did they show me everything wrong with the unit, they gave plenty of options on repair vs new install and triple checked everything from size of the furnace to what similar AC units were being used in my building. On top of all of that they were prompt, polite and so friendly. I'm not exaggerating at all when I say that these guys deserve a raise. To be that knowledgeable, nice and hard working is so hard to find anymore in the trades and I'm thrilled I was able to work with them.

I had an A/C system maintenance yesterday and my technician's name was Artemio. He explained everything he was going to do in advance, explained the purpose and gave tips and advice. He was awesome and provided a thorough inspection. I would recommend Four Seasons to anyone who needs their system checked.

We were able to get an appointment within hours of when we called. Adam was a super friendly and helpful. Explained everything in an easy to understand manner. We had a previous technician come out and say the whole condenser was broken and didn’t even attempt to troubleshoot, just said it needed to be replaced. Adam solved the original issue, condenser didn’t need to be replaced like the first tech said - unfortunately there is another issue but he presented several solutions and pricing for each. Very professional, would definitely use again

4 seasons was here the same day I called, got us a new air conditioner installed within a day. Very professional the installers were. Joe, gave us the price and checked everything, helped us the whole way. Used 4 seasons 20 years ago for our furnace. I highly recommend.

My heater quit on Saturday morning, I called Four Seasons and they sent a technician within a few hours. He found several components needing repair and explained all the options. I decided on a new furnace, which they installed on Sunday. The installers were polite and answered my questions, they were knowledgeable and cleaned up when finished.

4 Seasons, as always was great! Plenty of heads up via email prior to the appointment, and advance call day of. Eddie, the service professional, was excellent; very easy to talk to and provided insight into state of my ac units. Great value, quality work. Thanks!!
