Franco helped price out some different furnace and AC options after ours went bad. He was incrediblly helpful in giving us options and explaining different systems and components. It was a great low pressure sales experience.

We recently had our annual AC tune-ups and Martin was our technician. He was very professional, friendly, knowledgeable, and patient, and answered all of our questions. We have been going to Four Seasons for years especially for our heating, cooling and plumbing needs, and we highly recommend them. We think their prices are very reasonable, and their discounts and customer promotions are great.

I had great experience with 4 Seasons for a long time until I had some issues with the furnace. When I said I’d rather save some money and get just the control board fixed the technician came back with “I’m sorry but there is a crack in the heat exchanger and I need to shut it down.” After showing me pictures of the “cracked” exchanger that weren’t clear and trying to sell me an entire new furnace, I said I’ll talk it over with my wife and get back to you. Long story short, there was no crack in the heat exchanger and I had the furnace fixed by a different company for $350 and now my furnace has been running like new the entire past winter. I’m just upset because I trusted this company for years.

Once again, I am satisfied with the exceptional service that I received from Four Seasons when it comes to maintaining my home. For the past 20 years, Four Seasons has been my choice for heating/cooling, electrical and plumbing repairs and maintenance.

My most recent call for service, was to replace both my heating and cooling systems. I was able to schedule and have the combo units installed on the same day of the call.

Both technicians were courteous and professional. They worked in unison and were able to get the job completed even while working outside in inclement weather. They took the time to protect my floors and carpeting and removed all of the work related debris from both my home and yard once the work was completed. I have to add that the work was completed to my satisfaction and I'm a perfectionist.

I had a great experience with this company and all the amazing reviews are true. From the first call to schedule an appointment to the install of my new furnace and air conditioner; everyone I interacted with was so friendly, helpful, and professional. They made an experience I never had to do before painless and simple. I'm beyond impressed with this company and couldn't recommend them enough!

Annual AC and Heater system maintenance was performed. Tech was awesome. Super knowledgeable and friendly. However, not pleased with the customer service of this company so far. We were one day past our 3 year warranty because of the appointment schedule we were given so some of the work that needs to be done on the AC unit you guys installed was not covered. One day. Not pleased at all.
**UPDATE: Customer care team reached out to me to follow up and took care of this issue immediately! They rectified the situation by sending a tech the next day to start the needed diagnostics for necessary repairs at no cost! Although it will take another few weeks to find the issue and officially repair it, I’ve been assured they are covering it under my warranty! They were understanding and gracious and an outcome exactly what I expected from this company! Very pleased! I changed my previous 3 star rating to a 5 star just based on the follow up received by everyone I have spoken to at Four Seasons since my appt day.

Four Seasons was great. We had Sam come out in the morning to give us the initial diagnosis and walk us through the process of replacing our boiler. The installation team was at our house by 2 and stayed until 10 to do as much as they could. The next day the last guy was at our house finishing up and he worked diligently until the job was done. Very impressed with the customer service and overall experience with all the folks on the phone and at our house.

Remove existing AC, install AC compliant equipment

The salesman was well informed, responded promptly, kept a respectful boundary, heeded well to sales pressure, and had a sense of humanity when asked to provide several options.

The administration backing up the details of the project was succinct and helpful with guiding my decision.

The two technicians that performed the work were prompt, keeping an open channel of communication throughout the project. Their training was evident by routine but efficient. They were attainable, polite and courteous. There was never a sense of having to be concerned about their progress, or that caution was necessary when left on their own, only inquired about job related details, and I'm not sure if they ever took a break or had lunch. By the conclusion of a better part of the day, they had obviously worked for their keep, and still willing to make sure the job was done correctly before leaving.

Not knowing the technical complications of an AC system involving associated equipment, my intuition still flared on a couple of questionable conclusions, was better left alone than belabor opinions on what will inevitably be an expense later.

I appreciate the diligence and fortitude the owner(s) have adopted as a standard of service that every person involved, representing Four Seasons was compliant, satisfactory performing their tasks, that displayed a sense of working together makes for longevity. For more than the majority of other services it was an awakening from the usual extrinsic measures I have dealt with for over 40 years.

I received excellent service on my AC installation. The 2 techs provided information every step of the way. It was an all day job, but they never complained. Even after more than 12 hrs of work, they made sure any questions we had were answered with smiles on their faces. Four Seasons continues to impress me with outstanding customer service.
