Highly recommend!! Ryan was super helpful & informative. I hadn’t had my AC unit serviced in a couple of years. He got it cleaned up & back in perfect shape not to mention on a 90degree day! Awesome job & very professional.

Called Ryan when I knew my furnace of 34 years was going to be going bad any day. He was punctual and gave me the cost which was very reasonable. We set up a date for install and again I knew he would be here when he said he would be. I don't know how many times I have dealt with service people who don't show up when they say they do but Ryan did and sometimes let me know he would be a little earlier. He came and got right to work to install my new furnace and within hours it was up and running. Such a professional business, I would definitely recommend him to any friends and family members.

After receiving a referral from a co-worker, we called Clucas in hopes they would be able to come out and service our furnace that was not working properly. Even with the cold weather and full schedule, they were willing to stop by after their jobs were finished for the day. The technician came out and after a thorough review of the current unit, it was recommended that a new furnace be installed. The next day, they were able to come out and replace the old worn out furnace. Throughout the entire process, Clucas and Team were professional, efficient and timely. Our new furnace is wonderful! We worked with Ryan and his crew when having our AC upgraded in our home. We went from living with broken AC and 82 degrees of Chicago humidity to having our AC set to a crisp 65. The team was accommodating to our schedule and worked quickly to make us comfortable. His response times are quick and he even followed up to ensure we were happy. Ryan was recommended and he came over to give us a quote to replace the air handler and outside condenser. The air handler is in a very tight attic space and a family member gave us a quote, but recommended getting another opinion/quote due to the difficulty of the the job. Ryan came over and was honest and professional and told us to use our family member because it was a great deal since it was going to be such a big job. While we are not using him for this job I found his professionalism and honesty to be so refreshing that I wanted to leave a review. He reiterated to call if we had any questions at all and wished us luck. He also did not charge, nor would he take money offered, for the service call. I definitely recommend him for this experience we had, and will be calling him if there is a need in the future.

I cannot be more thankful that I came across Clucas Mechanical! I've used other local HVAC companies in the past that only seem to be out for the $$$ and was lost looking for a trustworthy company who would actually be for my best interest and of course, trustworthy. I came across Ryan and his team who came over ASAP and fixed all my issues on one of the hottest Chicago days AND they even installed a smart thermostat. Very reputable professionals, highly recommend - you will NOT be disappointed!

He will give you a heads up when he’s coming and will give you an estimate of arrival. Very pleasant and knowledgeable. Open to questions or concerns. On top of it, he quoted me the lowest price. I had some issues with my A/C. Had 3 different companies quote me to do the job in the thousands of dollars. Ryan and his team fixed the issues for only hundreds of dollars.
