We actually used this company for an LED lighting installation project/retrofit, for our 27,000 square foot parking garage at 4100 North Marine Drive in Chicago. Alberto, Eric, and Oscar were superb to work with and the results of this project have exceeded expectations, thanks to all of their hard work. They even cleaned up meticulously after the work was finished (this level of detail is unusual for a subcontractor). Thank you guys so much!

We had our AC Service unit installed by this company and we couldn't have been happier. The installation was quick and easy and the unit has been working flawlessly ever since. We would highly recommend this company to anyone in need of a new AC unit.

My gas bill has been running high, so I called them to check if there was a leak. JARED/Jerry came and installed a new thermostat (that we had bought) and also bled all the radiators. He charged us $150. Within 4 hours there was a water burst in the boiler system. I contacted the emergency number and Jerry said he did not touch the boiler, but he did bleed all the radiators. He also told me the pressure should read less than 20. I texted him back pictures as he requested that the pressure was reading 30. This was a Friday evening. He said he would come in Monday to fix it and check. He didn’t come and I called the company so many times with no answer. Then I got a text from Maggie, who stated someone would come on Friday a week later. Then Jerry calls me on Thursday and said he would charge to check it. And I said why would he charge when I already paid him? He said he won’t come for free. Like what the heck. He said I just bled the radiators and that is all I did not touch the valve. And I said it’s physics. When pressure is released but not water it needs to get released and due to his negligence the water burst in the boiler room. And now the pressures are high. So it’s all his fault. And he refused to understand that and said it all happened after he left. He said he won’t come for free and won’t replace any parts though I have a 5 year warranty. This company was a big disappointment. I initially chose this business to have my heating system replaced completely and they offered loyalty and trust. But after 1 year they are being rude and negligent.

Update: 2:55pm: Bonnie from the company just called me and instead of figuring this out in a professional manner proceeded to yell at me and tell me that she knows the whole story because Jerry told her. Did not listen to the problem. Refused to understand that I stated I wasn't going to pay for him to just come and check the boiler system again, but I would pay if he spent time to actually fix the problem. She refused to answer any of my questions. Nor did they take any accountability for the problem they created. Very very disappointed with the way they treat customers.

I had a garage heater installed by 24 Heating & Cooling. Shortly after it was installed it developed a water leak from the exhaust vent going out the roof. I tried several times to get someone from the company to call me back or email me back to resolve the issue and have never gotten a response.

I would not hire this company. If they don’t stand behind their work, they are not worth doing business with. I will be posting pictures of the damage and workmanship for any future customers to be the judge themselves.

UPDATE...Bonnie with 24 Heating and Cooling called me and did send me a check to cover the amount charged by a local roofer to fix the roof leak. Thanks Bonnie much appreciated.

Honestly so upset with this company. I would not recommend them at all. I’ve had a new ac and furnace installed with them and have had 2 issues with it already in less than a year and half. My last communication with them was because my furnace is not heating and they stated someone would be coming between 3-4pm, I received a call at 4pm stating the tech was no longer coming due to issues at another property. I mentioned how I was frustrated and they were able to schedule someone to come at 5pm……it is now 6:30pm and no one has arrived nor have I received a call. The office is now closed and I can’t reach anybody.

Our furnace stopped working right before the cold days were here again. After getting at least 2 or 3 new system quotes (our furnace was no longer fixable, according to some), I've decided to call 24 Heating & Cooling and I'm glad that I did. Jarek came over that same day, accessed the situation and fixed the unit right up. To my amazement, everything works great! Bottom line, the tech was knowledgeable, courteous, accommodating and most importantly, he got the job done! I recommend 24 Heating & Cooling wholeheartedly!
