Great service, after having 4 companies not being able to fix my furnace problems. In one simple look he knew the problem. Jerry was a professional and got my issue fix. Super happy 6 stars no doubt.

Jarek was thorough in explaining the problem of our AC unit and very efficiently fixed the leaking problem. We appreciate his professionalism. We highly recommend the company.

I've used 24 in the past and didn't hesitate to call them again. Great, professional people from the girls in the office to the guys who do the installs. I had two units installed this go round. They are prompt, courteous and knowledgeable. Any questions that arose were answered to my satisfaction. Great job!

This company needs some training on how to deal with proper customer service. The initial install was great. However, don't you dare bother them with a system service because you are better off dealing with the crabby people at the DMV. I contacted the manager because we had scheduling conflicts with the service kid, we have a baby and specifically asked for a certain time. Not only did they chose to show up whenever (and hour late the first time, and an hour earlier the second without a phone call), but when I contacted the lady managing the company she left me in complete shock. With absolutely no respect, she gave me a lecture basically stating that we should accommodate to them, accept the hours they can work, and if we are not OK with that, we should "by our filters from Amazon and do the work ourselves" - Yes those were her words to me. If you need a company that will be able to come when you need them to (not when your baby is sleeping) this company is not for you. They will say they only have a window of time, take or leave it, and they will not care whose home or whether you are available or not. Also, the technicians do not do their job right. He was here only 15 minutes, he did not do a full service on the furnace, leaving water valve off, leaving ductwork closed, and saying that they "check everything" but they lie and charge for a full hour of service.

My husband and I had a great experience with 24 Heating & Cooling to replace our 30 year old + HVAC system. The owner came out, really listened to our needs, and came up with a solution that best serves our house. We never felt like they were trying to up-sell us. Admittedly, our installation was a complex situation with the AC condenser on the roof but they made it work without too much of a fuss. Some other companies, even larger ones such as Four Seasons, made it obvious that they didn’t even want to bother to try. We had consultations and quotes with multiple HVAC companies and we thought 24 was the most honest, most reasonably priced, and most REAL company we encountered.

Extremely grateful that 24 Heating & Cooling was great with my air conditioner installation. I am so happy that they did a careful, but detailed job for the installation. They were great in providing a rather accurate estimate as it ended up costing the amount that they discussed with me on the phone!

Terrible experience. Overpromise under deliver. Have been out of AC for 5 days. Scheduled an appointment they confirmed it and now pushed it back 5 days. Owners say yes to everything and do not deliver. Gave them an opportunity to make it up and they didn’t care. Bonnie and Mitch, this is a bad experience you put us through.

Thankful for the visit. We called for Possible AC Leak. Guy found none. Advise to clean outside fan unit, took him maybe 30 minutes. He was a cool dude. See what I did there!

OK there's so much good things to say about this company! There on time professional and they treat you with respect and they care!! I was shocked the professionalism ! Our air conditioner went out at 9:00 pm. I called Jerry and he was here within 15 minutes. An hour later and he had it thawed out and everything was working perfect! No up charge. No unnecessary work. Incredibly friendly and knowledgeable. I would recommend in a heartbeat! Thanks Jerry!
