I’ve been using Cardinal for the last 10 plus years for repairs and two new furnace a/c units (one for my house and another for a rental unit). Cardinal has always been quick to arrive, able to diagnose the issue, and resolve the issue. When purchasing the new units, I feel like they provided good advice on getting good quality without paying too much. The units continue to work great. Always my first call when I need HVAC help!

Matt was awesome. My parents had a poorly designed yet oddly complex system which Matt was able to troubleshoot and repair. He was super thorough, friendly, and incredibly conscientious about safety measures during this COVID pandemic. He took time to walk them through everything and was super friendly and professional throughout. Highly recommend them!

Matt with Cardinal came to the rescue when our air conditioner broke in the super-busy part of the summer. We were impressed by how hard he worked to help us in a timely fashion, how ethical his business practices were, how well he communicated with us, and how carefully he attended to health and safety. I’m not at all qualified to judge the quality of his work, but based on his knowledgeability and attention to detail, I expect that it is very good.

This company was highly responsive and sensitive to our needs.They have evening and weekend extra hours, which allowed us to get our problem fixed days before other companies could, and Matt was highly conscientious about safety precautions. He brought his own mask and disinfectant and respected our living space.
